Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blassting hard of soft rock by chiselling such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Foundation, footings basis of column etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc. upto 200mm. In thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2:3 ( 1cement :11/2 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Steel Work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of re lead paint and two coats of emulsion paint (excluding priming coat) on new steel.( In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.)

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand).

Providing and fixing Tree guard made of MS flat and Jail complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of Flora (Ducks) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
