Excavation in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiselling and wedging out of rock; (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site, according to the H.P.PWD. specification of 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-I and sorting out useful & unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials on approved dumping sites or otherwise (to be arranged by the contractor including payment of prescribed dumping charges of Municipal Committee / Local body if levied any) to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and with all kind of labour, machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessities to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if any required) .All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be probably stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used / removed as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The cost of such useful stone shall be recovery of 8027.57 ( Eight thousand and twenty seven point five seven ) cubic metres and it shall be made @ Rs. 170/-- ( One hundred & seventy only ) per cubic meter on prorate basis in each running bill plus / minus contractor premium. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.
Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining wall, breast wall and parapets etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiesling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibeted) as per drawing and technical specification true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side, water pollutions etc., and to protect stability of hill side rock. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable excavated materials in specified manners to dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor), trimming, filling of unevenness blindages and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases.
Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (fourty milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.
Providing and laying plain Cement concretre in nominal mix1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40 (forty) millimeter nominal size) mechanical mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundation and plinth for all type of structure including the cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
Construction of Random rubble stone masonry In cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement isto six sand) in foundation complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1203 ( seven zero two, seven zero four, one two zero two and one two zero three ) as per MORD specifications including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges
Construction of dry rubble masonary for retaining walls, breast walls,revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub-structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 704.6 & 1302.5 ( seven zero four point six & one three zero two point five ) as per MORD specifications including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges
Backfilling of Granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall, breast walls, retaining walls and parapets up to all heights, depths and levels complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 (one thousand two hundred four point three point eight) , including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1:20 (One verticle isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7(six hundred fourteen, seven hundred nine, one thousand two hundred four point three point seven) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
