Cat (A) -Items to be Dismantled

Dismantling the defective alternator from the 125 KVA Generator set/foundation, disconnect the wires from the panel board, separate the stator and rotor, rewinding all the defective/ burnt coils with appropriate existing/original gauge of wire of super enameled copper wire, winding materials, applying the required CTC for cleaning, applying class 'F' Elmoluft air drying insulation varnish, applying bectol red varnish, heating the winding etc. and providing required sleeves, winding ties, fibre terminal and lugs etc which should be as per higher standard. After completion of repair, the removed parts are to be reassembled, then the generator to be installed in their respective place, providing necessary electrical connection with panel board and testing and commissioning.
