Excavating in trenches, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, etc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1;4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plaster setting coat 3mm thick, trowelled to even and smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm dia PVC (SWR) rain water harvesting pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete block masonry in two layers, base layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and top layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 (with river sand) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as directed.

M&L cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlings, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, hollow sec or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleates etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in copings, apex stones, bed plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge,thickness,including nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M30 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M30 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering in CM 1:3, 10 mm average thickness over the treated surface using water proofing compound as per manufacturers direction (Supply only WPC will be measured and paid under relevant items) including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Roof Treatment should be carried out by approved agency

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and treating with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to wall surfaces incl preparation of old surface of wall all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbished off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring/levelling coarse, sunken floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor virtified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

- Ditto - all as per item No 33 here-in-before but in vertical surface (dado/skirting) to match the shade of floor tiles laid over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete with saddles and insulators made out of porcelain and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including nut bolts& washers drilling and riveting for joints of suitable size as required at site all as specified and directed including dismantling old defective al strip complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1) Porcelain insulators are to be fixed at an interval of not more than 75 cm and the same shall be measured and paid seperately. 2) Necessary scaffolding work for fixing of strip is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. with GI strip 32x6mm including dismantling old defective GI strip complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rate inclusive of necessary leak plugs, crack sealing complete.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long for fixing on GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia pipe duly making suitable fixing arrangement of one end of air termination rod including taking down old u/s air termination rod complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate inclusive of necessary water proof tape, leak plugs, crack sealing complete.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation block for fixing GI pipe for installation of air termination rod etc. complete all as specified Note:- Unit rates includes for provn of form work for rough finished surfaces and finishing the exposed surfaces with 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 all specified including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for fixing Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm on roof for lightening protection duly drilling 2 Nos holes on Aluminum strip and GI pipe on one end and fixing with screws/suitable size of bolts & nuts including taking down old u/s GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Al Strip required will measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws including provision of 30 cmx25cmx8cm sheet metal box made out of 3.15 m thick CRCA sheet with front hinged door shutter & locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling old test terminal block complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PVC insulated sleeve suitable for protection of Lightening conductor /strip of size 20 X3 mm copper Strip on ground / wall including dismantling old sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Leakage repair over the roof sheet above the 1st floor from ground level with waterproof Tape for arresting roof water leakage from roof sheets with water proof adhesive aluminium bitumen tar tape having size of each roll not less than10cmx10m (W x L) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board/ transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 450 x 450 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover, test point and dismantling old defective earthpit.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms including clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc from pole.

Supply, fabricate and fix cross arms any size along with, brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, bracers etc including drilling holes, cold/hot complete and fixed to pole including one primer coat and one under and finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F post insulator for earthing strip above third floor roof top/ ground floor to top floor including taking down old defective insulator complete all as specified and as directed.
