S&F in position new sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction boxes of size 200X160mmX98mm depth with cable size 16X25 Sqmm OF CATALOG NO K9255 with terminal. Make: HENSEL.The box shall provided with and incliding 4 Nos,100 Amps aluminium busbar mounted on porcelain insulators including one no. MCB SP 230 volts 6 amps of Make:-Sintex/Havells/L&t and connecting the busbar to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washer and aluminium lugs etc fixed on pole using 30X5mm FI clamps,nuts,bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug ,bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 sp-31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS 2713 including painting of pole with two coats of alluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC round insulated and sheathed two core copper conductor stranded cable 2.5 sqmm 1100 volt grade to be replaced in existing fittings to loop box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Havells/Plaza.

S&F Light fitting's brackets made out of 50 mm dia light grade GI pipe 1 metre long bent to shape and size fixed on location using new 30X5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Laying or fixing or passing through pipe,1100 volt grade heavy duty,multistranded cable with XLPE insulated alluminium conductor served with inner seathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC seathed 10 sqmm 4 core nominal cross section area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles.

M&L PCC 1:3;6 type C1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in copping/collar of poles and foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles.

Supply and fixing of LT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated Areal bunched cable 3-core x 185 Sqmm+ 1-core x 95 sqmm with 1 x 55 sqmm "Bare steel messenger" with connection fixing accessories like hook,end joint as per IS 14255 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make - Kalinga Note : (a) The qouted rate shall include the connection of AB cable to existing panel and testing and commissioning.

Supply and laying , commisioning and testing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 Core.(For service cable) including lux compared as per directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs,brick-work or stone masonry (in alternate course),forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work,including new materials entering old wall for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in complete finishing surfaces and set in CM 1:4.

Material and labour for 50 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, incl taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed including clamps, nut bolt and washers.

M&L Boring under road /foot path for inserting of 80 mm dia/ 50mm dia GI tubing for drawing UG cable,with proper finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below of normal ground level with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part I connecting to earthing test point on completion with and including 40 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe for earthing Lead (7.5 mtr long) PCC pit with cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia tmt bars @ 80mm C/C, 20mm dia Light grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Chanrge
