Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and removing the same outside the permiss all as directed.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster on slab average thickness 15mm in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound all as per manufactureres instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to contol efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M & L for applying APP (Atactic Poly Propylene) bitumen membrane 3mm thick APP modified weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fibre of weight 160 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer 0.40Kg/Sqm over roof ( An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively ) complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed 20mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed, pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry to match the work using colour tiles over and including screed bed on bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) any description in any position not otherwise described including removing the spoil off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilte or equivalent approved make as approved by GE.

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tille with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

M&L for water proofing treatment of External walls, chhajjas DFT: 110 microns by applying two coats of elestromeric coating Raincoat, material covering capacity 3 Sqm per litre in 2 Coats without dilution over a coat of efflorescent resistant primer 10sqm/litre/coat after cleaning the surface throughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make :- Raincoat of PlDlLlTE or equivalent.

S&F Plain 145 gsm fibreglass mesh and apply one coat of Acyrylic polymer modifed cementious slurry coating with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus or eqvt " by brush and cover it with 100 mm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface when it is still wet complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely and turned upto 150mm from FFL at Bath/Wc /Kitchen area's and all as per manufacturer specification all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound all as per manufactureres instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M & L PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & directed

Making hole and M&L for fixing nozzles in construction joints/whereas required and patching the joint with cement sand mortar and grouting or other equivalent with pressure pump 40-60 PSI in the nozzle thus fixed with cement slurry admixed with Non shrink polymeric grouting compound(Make Pidilite or equivalent ) and clean the RCC Subdtrate of all oil, grease and loosely adhering particles and repairs the cracks with CM 1:3 and Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats fibre reinforced elastromeric liquid applied water proofing membrane coating (Asian smart care damp proof /Dr fixit roof seal classic or equivalent) over a coat of prime seal (Dr Fixit Prime seal or equivalent) of roof all as specified and directed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for applying 20-40 mm in width Polyurethane sealant (Silane -terminated polyurethane compound) for sealing of dynamic joints and cracks in interior as well as exteriors of Expansion joints/construction joints and other cracks all as specified and directed all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make : Asian smart care hybrid Pu sealant /Dr fixit PU sealant or equivalent.

S&F 45mm dia Closed-cell polymer-based foam filler rod( supreme Dura rod or equivalent) in construction/Expansion joints wherever required and patching the joint complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20-40 mm thick Crosslinked, pre-moulded, compressible joint filler board like Supreme "DURA BOARD HD 100"or equivalent ) in expansion joints whereas required and patching the joint all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering and wall cladding all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 0.63mm thick, plain galvanised mild steel sheet in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 in crumble / expansion joint and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to RCC wall framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 23, 24 & 25 :- sefety precautions scaffolding and safety measures like rope, safety belts, helmets, ledder etc required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate coated.

Taking down cement plaster in any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100%) Acrylic) over a coat of self primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
