Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, wheel guard & other similar work etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the MOD premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Non skid ceramic tiles(digital type), coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm and not exceeding 0.16Sqm , in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushign neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
