CONSTRUCTION WORK OF C.C. ROAD IN LAXMAN REKHA COLONY IN WARD NO. 14 OF VIDYADHAR NAGAR ZONE.

(5.1.2.1) Topographic Survey by taking longitudinal sections at every 10m interval, cross sections at every 5m interval on either side of center line of Road including supply of detailed drawings in appropriate scale & size in soft copy & Hard copy complete all respect as per direction of Engineer and detailed alignment plans with covering all features in a width: Upto 10 mtrs.

(4.13) Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

(9.7) Providing and laying rolled cement concrete mix of M-10 base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 kg/cum, aggregate gradation to be as per table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing complete as per clause 603, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

(9.4.2) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted andfinished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. (17.75) Raising circular brick/RR stone masonry manhole with circular opening 560mm dia and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab, taking out the existing CI frame & cover of manhole and raising it upto ground/ road level, refixing of frame and cover in M15 (1:2:4) concrete all around the frame, including making good the damage, form work, curing, complete as directed by Engineer. (Brick work / RR stone work of raising depth of manhole to be paid separately)

(17.80.1) Supplying & fixing 560mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame & cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer. HD-20

(10.22) Providing and fixing CAT’s eye made of aluminium alloy size 75x100x22mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disk of AS plastic on each side on road surface complete including all material, labour, diversion.

(10.8) Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion..
