CERTAIN REPAIR TO FENCING, BOUNDRY WALL AND GATE UNDER AGE B/R - I AT NAMS

Dismantling old posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section embeded below ground level with cement concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good and excavation & preparation of post holes removal of surplus exacvated material completed all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr making good in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fdn/mass filling/drain sub base etc. incl demolition and rubbish off the primises all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel angle , flat iron as in post & strut including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, nuts and bolts and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165 including erection in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing, wire mesh of any type, and in any position by unscrewing nuts, fillets, clamps or cutting of rivets, and welded portion complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size and shape (Approved by GE/EIC) including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards , rails , staining bolts, etc including provision of bindings wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stap-les or steel pins incl dismantling of old existing barbed wire in any position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item no. 10 here-in –before but except barbed wire.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc all as specified and directed.

All as per above item no. 12 here-in –before but except bricks

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc all as directed.

All as per above item no. 14 here-in –before but except brick.

M & L for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces incl demolition of old slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, including 25mm thick sand cushioning, dismantling existing and rubbish off the primises all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item -18- here in before but except paver block shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring incl finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement , rubbish off the primises and incl demolition complete all as specified & directed .

M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition of old cement concrete in any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in haunching, coping , benching etc including demolition of old cement concrete in any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl WPC @3% weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl WPC @3% weight of cement including taking down old plaster and including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaly resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over one coat of alkali resistance primer incl preparation of new plasterd surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour and make as approved by Engr-in-Charge

S & F steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including dismantling of old mild steel of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item no. 31 here-in –before but except mild steel.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item no. 33 here-in –before but except sheeting.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamell paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, in repair for providing precast conc. Jallies 35mm thick type B-O 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone agg and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repair for precast RCC pillar in 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) decorative type of size (100mmx100mm & 750mm high for RCC jalli incl fixing in conc etc incl dismantling existing pillar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with Media printing of 3m of best quality incl stainless steel studd (size of board , design of bd , type of print on sheet , size of studd not less than 35mm x 22mm dia, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GL complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of existing damaged / rusted sheets. Note : Minimum weight of Acrylic Sheet not less than 4.70 kg per sqm. (Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter and complete all as specified.

M & L for formwork for rough finished surface of concrete (flat surface) to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions and complete all as specified.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, band and similar articles; bases for columns, etc. and mass concrete etc complete all as directed.

Erection and fixing only of old MS door gate of any size and shape including dismantling of old door & gate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantling of old iron gate or other section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.25mm thick MS Sheet in steel gates and similar work ,cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as directed.

M & L for 15-18mm thick pre-polished stone slab of single piece granite in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in 15mm cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade including demolition of old stone slab/chequered tiles of any description with bedding complete all as specified and directed. Note-Size and colour to be approved by GE/EIC.
