Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for (swan neck portion) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel in joist, channel, angle or tee section fixed independently without connecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths ie within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted frame guard bars; barred iron doors; framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, handmade sliding bolt, etc. for ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub classed 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering work in rendering cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing providing precast cement concrete RCC louvers and jallies 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding, frame work etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ISI Marked integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm thick mild steel galvanized, PVC coated, chain link fencing of grid size as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing shall be measured under appropriate item of schedule

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of wall care putty filling and one coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.
