Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.4.1)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (As per DSR 8.31)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately): Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood (As per DSR 9.1.3)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. (As per DSR 9.21.1)

Providing and fixing ISI marked, IS : 1341, M.S. heavy weight bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x90x4.00 mm (As per DSR 9.56.1)

Providing M.S. Piano hinges ISI marked IS: 3818 finished with nickel chromium plating grade I as per IS: 1068 and fixing with necessary screws etc., complete. Overall width 35 mm (As per DSR 9.61.1)

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S. hasp and staple (safety type) conforming to IS : 363 with necessary screws etc. complete : (copper oxidized as per IS: 1378) 150 mm (As per DSR 9.67.1)

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (As per DSR 9.83)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (As per DSR 15.2.2)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Providing and fixing IRC welded mesh size 25mm x 25mm in the existing M.S frame including coast of cutting welding and one coat of metal primer complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge. (N.S.)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc.,and then laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over after providing 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge. Payment of any unserviceable material disposal to the dumping ground shall be made separately. (Based on DSR 16.83 & DSR 16.84) (N.S.)

Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Chajjas, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board in existing chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate), 2 nos. magnetic catcher, cupboard lock, nails, screws, Alum. hasp & staple & fevicol. The front side of shutter is to be furnished with 1mm thick ISI marked superior quality mica of approved shade and inner side of the shutter with 0.8mm thick mica of approved shade fixed in position, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 50mm average thick sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (N.S.)
