SPL REPAIRS TO BUILDING NUMBER P-30 AND P-31 AT NUMBER ONE INF BN BRICHGUNJ MIL STN, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases,landing, chajjas and similar suspended work in any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel flat iron 40 x 6mm as in wind tie including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., confirming to Fe 290 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts exc 12mm abd n.exc 20mm dia , purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screw both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR ) pipes , 110 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls for rain water pipe complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile, coloured, having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment with the following specifications including taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises, complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compouund @ 3% by weight of cement as in leveling course. (ii) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per sqm. (iii) Laying APP membrane (STP Aquashield or equivalent) weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with 100mm over laps both longitudinally and transversally and overlaps shall be sealed by torch, membrane shall be taken to the parapet through fillet and shall be tucked in inside after a height of 300 mm. (iv) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over the membrane. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work (size of grid 605x605mm) with 35x25x1.5mm main tee and 25x25x1.4mm, cross tee and wall angle for false ceiling and suspended with 6mm dia GI wire, hooked to roof with needful adjustement up to 1200mm long by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI Flat 40 X 3mm 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, including dismantling celing board of any description and any type fixed to the aluminium frame work with screws or nails etc complete all as specified and as directed.
