Routine Maintenance: a) Charges for carrying out General Routine Maintenance & Monitoring round the clock of Fire Hydrant system, Emulsifier System (High & medium velocity), Fire Alarm system with Fire Alarm panels, Inergen, Fire water pump house PLC and its accessories in various locations, HT < Motors, Air Compressor, DG Sets as per the Instruction of Engineers in-charge including cost of consumables & T & P charges.
Weekly Maintenance: External cleaning of all HT , LT motors including cost of consumables charges.
Monthly Maintenance: Cleaning of Fire Alarm Panel and Battery Chargers & DG set Starting Panel including cost of consumables charges.
Monthly Maintenance: Cleaning of all battery cells & measurement of Cell Voltage, checking Specific gravity including cost of consumables & T & P charges
Bi-Monthly Maintenance: (1 set=82 cells) Tightness checking for each cells and Battery Terminals, Applying Petroleum jelly & Top up of DM water for all Batteries (1 set)
Quarterly Maintenance for Motors: a) For HT Motors
b) For LT Motors
BreakdownMaintenance: Charges for identifying the fault, Removing and Refixing of Fire Water Pump House PLC, fire alarm system PLC and its accessories in various areas. (Required Spares will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost)
