Providing & Laying in position of specified grade of reinforced cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 Cement , Coarse Sand and stone gritt 20mm nominal size including the cost of centering shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement .

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete brought to required shape as neccesarry including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its waistage bend hook and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil(Loam, Clay or Sand) including laft upto 1.50 M and lead up to 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of the foundation trenches ot into the plinth and rewmoval and disposal of surplus Earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.SI No 251 UPPWD SOR-2022

12cm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 fineness modulus in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 1 cm including supply of all material ,labour tools and plants etc required for proper completion of work.

Concrete with 2 cm. Gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in foundation and under floors in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.SI No. 279 SOR 2022

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density complete As per MORTH Specification 401/SI No 4.1

Laying of 80mm I-shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 80 mm.(Compressive strength not less than 30Mpa and weight 4.50 kg ) including 25 mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope filling joint with local sand all complete work.UPPWD SOR-2022 page 70
