Attending comprehensive repair and rectification work of Grove TMS-750B MK II Hydraulic Truck Crane (SL No. 408446/3) stationed at Campbell Bay, a scope that primarily includes troubleshooting and the rectification of the Electronic Diesel Control (EDC) system error in the Ashok Leyland heavy-duty Engine (Model: HA57L165, Engine Serial Number: FXEZ415319, Chassis Number: 35190, Corrected Power Output: 165 kW @ 2500 RPM, No. of Cylinders: 6 (Six), Horsepower: 165 kW (approx. 221 HP), Year of Manufacture: 2015) diagnosing and clearing engine faults restricting operational RPM levels, and correcting the abnormal heating malfunction within the hydraulic tank system during operations. Responsibilities extend to the installation of all associated engine sensors, fuel delivery components, hydraulic valves, filters, or cooling circuit spares, the formal handover of any unused components to the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), and the performance of rigorous operational lifting and load testing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) to eliminate risks of sudden engine stalling or structural breakdown.
