Hiring of Super Sucker and jetting machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth up to 10 metre 20HP summesible pump sat with electric panel board 62.5 kva diesel generator set suction pose pipe with all fitting(1 no. qualified engineer 2 nos. driver, S.G beldar 2 nos. operator) cost of manpower and cost of diesel, lubricant, insurance, safety equipment, mobilization charges etc. all complete as per satisfaction of engineer in charge for 8 hour shift per day. For Removing Stacking of the floating material from the whole wet sum (approx. 30 feet: deep chamber) from approx. 8.5 Mts. deep wet sump wells at Dallupura SPS by carrying out following works. Isolating the Screening Chamber by closing of Sluice Gate as per sitr requirement for removing of floating material from the sump.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ‘C’ channel guider in vertical Position of 35 feet Long of size 100mm x 50mm on both side walls in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate of size 200x200x10mm with ‘C’ channel duly drilled 4 no. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with fasteners of 16 mm inside the wall of channel.

Providing and fixing of MS I-Section bean 2 nos. of 200x100mm up to 15 feet and MS I-Section bean 1 no. of 200x100mm up to 12 feet height in vertical possession at ground on RCC civil foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in RCC foundation. The work includes providing and welding of MS. Plate dully 4 nos. holes of 25mm drill for tightening on civil foundation.

Making of RCC civil foundation with grouting of MS. Stud for fixing of vertical I- section beam also includes the cost of civil material with labour charges.

Providing and fixing of horizontal I section Beam of size 200x100mm for fixing of E.O.T. Crane of 3 ton capacity with approx. 25 feet length duly welded and fixed by MS plate of size 250x250x10mm on Both end of vertical beam.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) Bar screen of size approx 10 feet long and 3 feet width made by S.S. 304 angle 75x75x5mm for frame and flat 40x6mm inner portion welded one by one on 40mm gap in each flat, making the clamping system at upper side of screen for fixing the hook of EOT crane by heavy duty SS material, SS plate, SS pin shaft with nut etc. as per job requirement including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing with necessary arrangement as per site requirement.

Fabrication Fixing of conveyor belt system of size 600mmX 5500mm made by M.S channel 100x50 mm and M.S sheet with complete gear box, drive rollers, supporting roller with complete bearing bracket with all mechanical fitment and conveyor Rubber Including grouting complete with civil work in all respect.

Providing/Fixing of E.O.T. Crane hoist of 3 ton capacity with 3 phase electric motor, flanged modulate TEFC type. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down. Make – Indef/ WH Bready/ Reva, DJB approved

Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top level of water flow so that the water could not pass by upper of bar screen. The size of sheet will be approx. 16 feet x7.5 feet x 5mm and side supported along with ss jaali connect with top level MS sheet size of 6feetx 3feet x 5 mm thickness duly welded with supporting angle of size 65x65x6 fabricated and making proper strengthening for bearable of water flow pressure as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of canopy for safety purpose of complete system from the rain. The tin shed fabricated by MS sheet size of 18 feet length x6 feet wide x 3mm thickness, angle of size 50x50x6mm, flat iron of size 75x6mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement.

Fabrication of rectangular frame in slop wise for supporting of screen structure to avoid the shaking/vibration of screen structure and alos slop for waste material dump in channel after upward the SS jail. Made out by MS angle of size 45x30x5 mm and 5 mm sheet in triangular shap by the slant hight 5 feet i/c welding, cutting, grinding and finishing of edges.

Fabrication and providing of MS. Stud of size 300x20mm for grouting in civil foundation fabricated by MS. Rod includes the charges of cutting, grinding, machining and threading.

Providing of MS. Nut bolts with washer of various size.

Providing of fasteners with washer of size 150x16mm made out of EN-8 material.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform on bar screen at 10 feet height approx. of size 1mtr x 6 mtr for maintenance purpose of upper mechanical system by using of MS channel 100x50mm, angle 50x50x6mm, chaquer plate of size 1mtr x 6 mtr x 5mm including the railing for safety of staff to work at height by using of MS pipe of 40mm OD with the help of gas cutter, welding set, temporary supporting material and other required tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ladder of size 3 feet width x 10 feet height approx up to platform by using of MS angle of size 50x50x5mm and MS flat of size 25x5mm. the job includes cutting, welding, grinding and Fixing of footrest with the help of welding work and required tools & tackles as per site requirement. Also includes the cost of MS material and including the charges for making civil foundation at base for fixing of ladder.

Making electric connection, Fixing of panel box by man supply arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement from rain as per site requirement. The job also includes suitable size of cable its laying in ground & wall as required and connection to main LT panel with accessories etc.

Painting and primer charges of newly making complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour.

Testing & commissioning of complete system includes the transport charges of tools & tackles to & fro.
