Complete removal of existing treatment including scraping, from old plastered surfaces and preparation of surfaces by applying 2mm thick Altek/Birla white putty in two coats to obtain smooth/even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old wood and wood based painted surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description exc 10 cm width or girth by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium alloy anodized (powder-coated) window frame with double shutters open able type, with aluminium sections as per of “Jindal” section numbers for casement windows with double shutters including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, handles, aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts and glazing clip, joint cleats, rubber gaskets etc., complete all as specified for series-B “ Jindal” section numbers for casement (a)Frame of section 101.6mmx44.45mmx2.10mm thick and section for shutter 47.62x44.45x1.95 mm thick (b) Mullion 53mmx52mmx 2mm thick not less than 1.065 kg/mtr. (c) Glazing clip weighing 0.259kg/mtr. (d) Windows shall be provided with 02 Nos. of tower bolt for single leaf and 03 Nos. of tower bolts for double leaf. Tower bolts shall be aluminium alloy anodized weighing 0.302kg/mtr. Supply and fixing for aluminium alloy anodized (powder-coated) frame and shutters with hollow aluminium anodized sections as specified including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, dish type door handles, glazed clip joint cleats, rubber gasket, dead lock 4 levers, two numbers of aluminium alloy anodized tower bolts to each leaf etc. including fixing frame to wall/RCC members with rawl plugs complete. Sections of doors shall be aluminium hollow sections as follows : - (a) Frame single groove 101.6mmx44.45mmx2.15mm thick (b) Shutter top 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.95mm thick.
