EARTHWORK Note : 1. The mode of measurement will be box cutting keeping the bottom dimension of PCC. 2. Hard rock & Hard rock are mixed, the measurement will be as per section II Chapetr 4 Clause 1.0. 3. The contractor may be asked to excavate and transport the earth directly for mass backfilling in other areas. In such cases, no extra payment for backfilling shall be made. 4. Contractor has to take prior approval from Engineer/ Consultant for excavation using hydraulic excavator/rock breaker attachment/any other mechanical means identifying the strata and approximate quantity of work involved. 5. Adequate precautions for carrying out deep excavation work have to be taken by the Contractor.

A-1 (a) Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil including sand & silty sand, moorum (hard, compacted or soft), broken rock, boulders, quartz etc and fill materials or any other debris etc. at depths as specified below in foundations of structures and equipment, pipe trenches, tunnels, sewerlines, drains, basement, cellars, pits etc to required levels and grades and dressing complete in all respect as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant in both dry and wet conditions including necessary pumping/ bailing out of water, slush removal etc and transporting the excavated materials to spoil dumps/fill areas/excavated pits within a lead of 1 km at all heights and descents including dozing, levelling at the site of filling all as directed by the Engineer/ Consultant, all tools, plant and labour complete in all respect. Note for item A-1(a) This item will be operated upon that category of strata which can be excavated by Mechanical means with reasonable application as approved by the Engineer/ Consultant, with all tools and labour complete in all respect: i) upto 3 m depth below finished ground level

A-1(d) Excavation in hard, compacted or soft rock, boulders, etc done manually with the help of pneumatically operated chiesel/breaker viz. Paving breaker, jack hammer or any other approved means as per the direction of Engineer/Consultant, all tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: i) upto 3 m depth below finished ground level

A-2 Backfilling in all positions and heights and descents in foundations, pits, pipe trenches, tunnels, sewer lines, around foundations and structures, in plinth etc with approved excavated material obtained within a lead of 1 km including reclaiming from spoil heaps at all heights, or reclaiming from dump at all depths, transporting, depositing and dressing complete in all respect as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: a) mass backfilling including dozing, leveling and dressing complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer/Consultant

A-2 Backfilling in all positions and heights and descents in foundations, pits, pipe trenches, tunnels, sewer lines, around foundations and structures, in plinth etc with approved excavated material obtained within a lead of 1 km including reclaiming from spoil heaps at all heights, or reclaiming from dump at all depths, transporting, depositing and dressing complete in all respect as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: c) plinth filling in layers of 150 mm thickness where special compaction is required including watering and consolidating by mechanical means as per specification and directions of the Engineer/Consultant.

A-3 Supplying, filling, watering and compacting coarse sand in foundations, pipe trenches, pits, sewerlines, drainage lines, plinth, underneath flooring and in soaking pits etc all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect.

A-4 Providing timber shoring and strutting at all depths below ground level in trenches, foundations, as specified a) close boarded shoring

A-5 Supplying and providing of sand bag shoring at all depths in foundations and trenches as directed by the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect.

A-6 Micro levelling, dressing, watering and compacting of ground - surrounding the buildings and paved areas, wherever necessary in all kinds of soils to the required finished ground level and profile including all leads and lifts and disposal of surplus earth or obtaining earth required for filling within initial lead of 1000 m, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

A-7 Stripping the existing ground for a depth of 150 mm in all kinds of soil/slag and fill materials except only the hard rock and disposing the excavated materials at a distance upto 3 km within plant boundary including dressing to level as directed by the Engineer/Consultant with all lifts complete in all respect.

A-8 Extra over item A1(a), A1(b), A-7, A-8 for disposal of excavated material for a lead beyond initial lead of 1000 m but within 2000m

PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1. Suffix A, B, C and D to the grade of concrete indicate the use of size of the graded coarse stone aggregates in concrete as follows: A-75 mm and down graded stone aggregate B-40 mm and down graded stone aggregate C-20 mm and down graded stone aggregate D-10 mm and down graded stone aggregate 2. In case of supply of concrete, civil contractor shall use batching plants, transit mixers and concrete pumps with boom placer equipment (if required) etc for all major concreting works and the rate shall include the provision for the same. 3. All reinforced concrete shall be done using super-plasticiser as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engineer/ Consultant. 4. All concreting work shall be done with 53 Grade OPC cement as per latest IS codes shall be used. OPC shall be used in all strength related concrete elements like foundations, walls, columns, beams and slabs, PCC, DPC, Roads and precast structure for cover slabs of drains.

B-1 Supplying, laying and compacting plain cement concrete of nominal mix M7.5 by volume as defined by IS:456 in all mudmats/levelling courses including filling of loose pockets etc. under foundations, pipelines, tunnels, floors etc at all depths below finished ground level as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, including curing but excluding the cost of shuttering, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: a) with 40 mm down graded coarse stone aggregates

B-4 Supplying and placing damp-proof course 40 mm thick with concrete of M20 grade as defined by IS:456 with 6 mm and down graded stone aggregates including applying of two coats of hot bitumen as per IS:3384 when the concrete has partially set @1.7 kg per sq m and spreading of sand as per IS:383 over the bitumen, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

B-5 Supplying, manufacturing, erecting and fixing in position at and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level different types of precast R.C. units of concrete grade M-25 as defined by IS:456 with 20 mm and down graded stone aggregates including shuttering and curing but excluding steel reinforcement, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect a) for units weighing upto 0.5 ton

B-5 Supplying, manufacturing, erecting and fixing in position at and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level different types of precast R.C. units of concrete grade M-25 as defined by IS:456 with 20 mm and down graded stone aggregates including shuttering and curing but excluding steel reinforcement, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect b) for units weighing above 0.5 ton and upto 1.5 ton

B-6 Supplying, laying and compacting reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade as defined by IS:456, in all equipment foundations and super structures, in walls, slab, columns, beams, floor/roof slabs, footings, trenches, etc including curing but excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

STEEL REINFORCEMENT Note: 1. The cutting and bending of steel reinforocement shall be done by reinforcement cutting & bending machine.

C-1 Supplying, loading, transporting, unloading, straightening, decoiling, cutting, bending, cranking, bending, tack welding as necessary, placing and fixing in position steel reinforcement including angles/pins provided for the approved welded joints, at all levels above and below finished ground level for reinforced cement concrete and precast reinforced cement concrete works including supplying approved 20 SWG annealed black binding wire, cover blocks etc all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: a) with M.S. rounds of all diameters

D-2 Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level M.S. foundation/anchor bolts, plates for anchor box with/without sleeves for T-headed bolts, permanent steel shuttering (with or without anchor pin) for anchor bolt pockets (straight or tapered) with all nuts and washers for embedding in permanent concrete or masonry work, true to line, level and plumb including all connected works and adjustments in shuttering and reinforcement, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect.

D-3 Supply structural steel material, loading, transporting, unloading, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level, M.S. inserts, curb angles, channels, joists and other rolled sections including applying two coats of red oxide primer on exposed surface.

F-1 Supplying, constructing one or more brick thick Fly ash brickwork using bricks of Class10 with compressive strength not less than 100 kgf/sq cm as defined in IS:12894 in cement sand mortar (1:6) in foundations, super structure, manholes, ducts, drains etc including fair cutting, waste, bonding, plumbing, lining, levelling, flushing, raking joints, scaffolding and curing, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect a) at all depths below finished ground level

F-1 Supplying, constructing one or more brick thick Fly ash brickwork using bricks of Class10 with compressive strength not less than 100 kgf/sq cm as defined in IS:12894 in cement sand mortar (1:6) in foundations, super structure, manholes, ducts, drains etc including fair cutting, waste, bonding, plumbing, lining, levelling, flushing, raking joints, scaffolding and curing, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect b) at all heights above finished ground level

F-2 Supplying and constructing half-brick thick Fly ash brickwork, using bricks of Class10 with compressive strength not less than 100 kgf/sq cm as defined in IS:12894 in cement sand mortar (1:4) with continuous HB wire netting reinforcement at every fourth course at and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level for partition walls and including fair cutting, waste, bonding, plumbing, lining, levelling, raking joints, scaffolding and curing, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

F-3 Supplying and constructing 75 mm thick Fly ash brickwork in partition walls, parapets, fins etc at and at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level using bricks of Class10 with compressive strength not less than 100 kgf/sq cm as defined in IS:12894 in (1:4) cement sand mortar with continuous HB wire netting reinforce- ment at every third course, including fair cutting, waste, bonding, plumbing, lining, levelling, raking joints, scaffolding and curing as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

F-4 Supplying & constructing random uncoursed rubble masonry in cement sand mortar (1:6) in foundations, super structure etc with flush pointing as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer/Consultant at all depths and heights below and above finished ground level including wastage, scaffolding and curing, fair cutting, lining, levelling etc, all materials, tools, plants and labour complete in all respect.

F-5 Supplying & constructing coursed rubble masonry in cement sand mortar (1:6) in super structures including sunk pointing of finished size 15 mm wide and 10 mm deep or as directed by the Engineer/Consultant at all heights & depths above and below finished ground level, including wastage, scaffolding and curing, fair cutting, plumbing, lining, levelling etc all materials, tools, plants and labour complete in all respect.

PLASTER & FINISHING ITEMS

G-1 Supplying and laying plaster with (1:3) thick cement sand mortar with Fly Ash collected from Client site conforming to IS:3812 used as cement replacement material to the extent of maximum 10% at and at all heights and depths above or below finished ground level to ceilings, beams, staircases lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc including chipping of concrete surfaces, raking joints, scaffolding, cleaning and curing all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: a) 6 mm thick

I-3 Supplying and laying 40 mm thick grey cement concrete (granolithic) floor finish in panels in floors, treads etc incl. supplying and providing approved pigments of specified colour, tamped, trowelled and finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including providing glass/aluminium strip dividers in joints for the full depth of the floor finish to form suitable panels and curing, as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant. Concrete mix ratio of 1:1:2 (with 10 mm downgraded aggregate.

I-4 Supplying and laying 20 mm thick grey cement concrete finish as specified in skirting/dado, riser etc with 5mm thick cement sand mortar mixed with approved pigment of specified colour over 15 mm thick M-20 plain cement concrete including finishing curing, all as per specification and directions of the Engineer/Consultant.

I-5 Supplying and laying 15 mm thick heavy duty floor hardener topping course with "Ironite" @ 2.75 kg per sq m or approved equivalent including the bedding layer of 25 mm thick screed concrete M25D, topping course laid whilst the screed concrete is still green, all according to the manufacturer's specification including trowel finishing and curing, all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete.

I-6 Supplying and laying overall 40 mm thick PVC tile floor finish of approved quality, size and shade with a layer of 25mm thick PCC, (M20D) two coats of bitumen paint on PCC surface and 13 mm thick cement sand bedding mortar over it, including fixing PVC tiles with rubber based adhesive conforming to manufacturer's specification as per specification and direction of the Engineer/Consultant: a) 2 mm thick homogeneous PVC tiles

I-9 Supplying and laying 25 mm thick acid/alkali resistant skirting and dado with 12 mm thick acid/alkali resistant ceramic tiles conforming to IS:4457 with a 13 mm thick mortar bedding and joints filled with resin mortar conforming to IS:4832 (Part-II) all as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant.

I -24 Supplying, providing and fixing of False flooring with panels of size 600 X 600 mm and Sub Structure installed to support the panel shall be at finished floor height of 600mm from the existing floor level using pedestals and stingers. The floor panels shall be completely removable and shall remain in position without screwing or bolting. The joints between finished floor panels shall be without any gap. K-1 Providing waterproofing to base, walls & vertical faces of underground structures as specified hereunder with a guarantee of waterproofing for a period of ten (10) years supply of all materials and labour complete in all respect: b) Supplying, placing and fixing 15 mm dia G.S. threaded nozzles having a minimum thickness of 16 gauge (medium quality) of suitable length in approximate grid pattern of 1.5 m c/c prior to or during concreting in base, walls and vertical faces of under- ground structures and also providing 15 mm dia G.S threaded nozzles at regular intervals not exceeding 1.5 m c/c along construction joints and at critical joints as directed, plugging both ends of the nozzles to prevent ingress of foreign materials all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer/Consultant.

K-1 Providing waterproofing to base, walls & vertical faces of underground structures as specified hereunder with a guarantee of waterproofing for a period of ten (10) years supply of all materials and labour complete in all respect: c) Supplying and adding plasticiser-cum-waterproofing compound Sikament-277 of Sika/Supaplast - HS of SWC/Conplast P211(M) of Fosroc/Cico Supaplast or approved equivalent in concrete as per manufacturers instructions and specifications and as directed by the Engineer/Consultant (Payment will be made on the volume of concrete)

K-1 Providing waterproofing to base, walls & vertical faces of underground structures as specified hereunder with a guarantee of waterproofing for a period of ten (10) years supply of all materials and labour complete in all respect: d) Injecting Intraplast N-200 of Sika/Excem-C of SWC/Cebex 100 of Fosroc/Cico non-shrink polymeric waterproof grouting compound or approved equivalent and mixed with cement slurry through the nozzles set in the base, walls and vertical faces of concrete under pressure by pump and finally sealing off the nozzles after the injection operation is over with Sika 4a/Struco-3 of SWC/Renderoc Plug of Fosroc/ Cico quick setting admixture or approved equivalent all as per instructions of the manufacturer and as directed by the Engineer/Consultant.

K-2 Supplying waterproofing to roof slab with a guarantee of water proofing for a period of ten (10) years, all as per manufacturer's specifications, and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, labour complete in all respect: (a) Supplying and laying of fibre glass cloth over acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing compound Sika Top Seal 107/Brush Bond/Tapecrete P151 or approved equivalent laid over roof slab and including overlaping in parapet wall rendered with (1:4) cement sand mortar and protected by a layer of screed concrete (M15) admixed with Sika Plasto Crete plus/CICO No. 1/Conplast X 421IC laid in slope underlaid by a layer of acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing compound same as above true to specification and as directed by Engineer/Consultant, with all ancillary civil work with all materials, tools, labour complete in all respect. Note: The contractor will be asked to submit the warranty certificate of the supplier.

K-3 Supplying and painting one coat of approved hot bitumen using 1.5 kg/sq m of 20/30 grade bitumen as per IS:702 for water proofing on all concrete/plastered surfaces at all depths below ground level including a coat of approved bituminous primer as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools and labour complete in all respect

SANITARY AND PLUMBING Note: The rates to include the cost of cutting chases and holes in brickwork, rubble masonry, concrete, plaster etc for embedding or passing pipes, fixing brackets, fitting and making good the damages to the original condition wherever necessary, also the rates should include the cost of cutting, bending, threading, jointing etc of pipe works and applying one coat of single pack air drying heavy duty anti- corrosive bituminous paint to the inside of cast iron soil, waste, vent and rainwater pipes and fittings.

ROADWORK

P-1 Earthwork in excavation for box-cutting in all types of soil and filled materials but excluding hard rock in mass which requires Breaking for forming road base to required sub-levels and cross-sections and dressing the bottom of excavation, in both dry and wet conditions, including stripping of the existing vegetation cover and necessary pumping/bailing out of water, slush removal etc and transporting the excavated material to spoil dumps/fill areas/excavated pits/ road berms within a lead upto 1 km including levelling of the disposed excavated materials all as directed, as per specification and direction of the Engineer, all tools, plant and labour complete. Note: Excavation will be measured paid as per the approved excavation plan or as per actuals whichever is less. The Tenderer may be asked to excavate and transport the earth directly for mass backfilling in other areas within a lead of 1 km. In such cases, no extra payment for backfilling shall be made. a) upto 1.5 m depth below existing ground level

P-2 Watering, rolling and compacting the bottom of excavation with minimum six (6) passes of 80 - 100 KN power roller for formation of road sub-grade to achieve a CBR value as specified in the drawing and density of not less than 98% of the maximum dry density of the soil as obtained by Standard Proctor Test and dressing to correct camber, profile and slope all as per specification and direction of the Engineer, all materials tools, plant, and labour complete

P-3 Supplying and laying of granular lower sub-base with the mixture of 60% gravel (grading-1 of Table-1 of specification) of approved quality and 40% granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) by weight with maximum compacted thickness of 225 mm in each layer, with CBR value not less than 30% of the mix including spreading the materials on prepared subgrade, mixing by mechanical means, dressing, watering and rolling with optimum moisture content (OMC) using 80 to 100 kN vibratory roller and compacted to at least 100% of maximum dry density obtained by laboratory tests as per IS:2720 (Part-8), including transporting, unloading, stacking etc., necessary testing of materials and finishing the work, all complete in all respect as per specifications and/or as directed by the Engineer/Consultant, (payment based on finished volume of the granular lower sub-base)

P-4 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant atOMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads& lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motorgrader on prepared surface and compacting withvibratory power rollerto achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications anddirections of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30)

P-6 Supplying, laying, compacting cast-in-situ PCC kerb stone using kerb casting and laying machine, top and bottom width 150 mm in concrete of grade M-25 as defined by IS:456 with 20 mm and down graded stone aggregates as per specification and direction of Engineer/Consultant including curing, providing shuttering, necessary excavation for laying the kerb stones, backfilling and removal of surplus excavated materials after removal of shuttering, disposal of the same to spoil dumps within a lead of 3 KM, all materials, tools, plant, labour complete in all respect.

P-7 Manufacturing, erecting and fixing in position with (1:4) cement sand mortar precast PCC kerb stones of the following sizes with concrete grade M25 as defined by IS:456, machine mixed and mechanically vibrated with 20 mm and down graded stone aggregates all as per specification and direction of the Engineer/Consultant including curing, providing shuttering, making excavation for fixing the kerb stones and removal of surplus excavated materials after completion and depositing in spoil dumps/fill areas within a lead of 3 km, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect: i) For straight portion a) 950 mm x 150 mm x 600 mm long

P-8 Providing and laying Granular upper sub-base with coarse graded granular material of grading-1 (53 mm to 4.75 mm) as per Table-2/3 of specification with CBR value not less than 30% of the mix including spreading in uniform layers of 150 mm thick with motor grader on prepared lower sub-base, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller of 80-100 kN capacity to achieve the desired density of 98% of the maximum dry density for the materials determined as per IS:2720 (Part-8) complete in all respect as per specification for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer/Consultant

P-9 Providing and filling moorum of approved quality in layers, each layer not exceeding 100 mm thick, including consolidating each layer by watering and ramming at any location all as per specifications and directions of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

P-10 Supplying and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) composed of crushed coarse & fine aggregates with bituminous binder over a layer of prime coat on base course compacted to correct slope, grade and finished thickness including compacting, rolling with 80-100 KN smooth wheeled roller, as per specification and directions of the Engineer/ Consultant all materials, tool plant and labour complete in all respect: a) 50 mm thick (finished thickness)

P-12 Supplying, laying and compacting Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer composed of coarse, fine aggregates, filler and bitumen of penetration grade complying with IS:73 over a tack coat on bituminous base to correct slope, grade and finished thickness including compacting, rolling with smooth wheeled roller, as per specification and directions of the Engineer/Consultant all materials, tool plant and labour complete in all respect: b) 40 mm thick ( finished thickness)

P-15 Providing speed-breaker hump as per with cement concrete of grade M20 with stone aggregate 20 mm and down nominal size, laid at road surface true to line, level and curvature, compacted with appropriate size needle vibrator and/or plate vibrator all as per specification and direction of the Engineer/Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect

P-16 Providing painted cautionary bands of required patterns on road/speed breaker/guard stones/ kerb surfaces, using floor enamel paint of required shades in three coats, including supply of paint all complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer/Consultant (Payment based on plan area in case of speed breaker)

P-17 Painting lane markings on the road surface with two or more coats of ready mixed road marking white paint conforming to IS:164, including cleaning the surface of all dirt scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc., complete in all respect all as per the directions of the Engineer/Consultant

P-18 Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position 90 cm triangle shaped standard traffic signs, side road ahead and the like, with scotch lits reflective high intensity heat activated sheet bonded on standard 140 aluminium blank of suitable size, sign plates mounted on 3 M long 50 NB galvanised steel pipe conforming to IS:1239, with bolts & nuts, welded with 100 x 100 x 6 mm thick MS base plate and 6 mm, thick MS capping at top, complete in all respect pipe and rear of aluminium blank painted with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer and two or more coats of enamel paint in approved pattern to match with the even shade, of approved brand, 450 x 450 x 600 mm foundation block of PCC M7.5, necessary earthwork excavation, backfilling, disposal of surplus earth upto a lead 500 m all complete in all respect as per IRC specifications and/or as directed by the Engineer/ Consultant.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS

Supply of structural steel materials, loading, transporting, unloading, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level welded /bolted structural steel work as specified for all members of building structures, such as all types of column bracings, all types of gantry girders, buffers, surge diaphragms, platforms, roof trusses, purlins, lacings, bracings, stiffeners, side and gable runners, beams, roof plates, MS louvers, brackets, monorails and its supports, lifting beams, posts and hangers, wind girders, floor & platform supports, stagings, staircases, toe guards, ladders, heat shields, walkways, pipe & cable racks, clamps, ties, struts, diaphragms, sag rods including threading, sag angles and all other miscellaneous structural steel work etc., as specified and as shown on drawings and / or as directed by the Engineer/Consultant including supplying and fixing bolts conforming to property class 4.6 (precision / semi precision type), nuts, washers, fittings, fixtures, etc., applying two coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer (15 microns each coat) and two coats of approved enamel paint (50 microns each coat).

Supplying, fabricating, fixing at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level M.S. tubular hand railing including posts for hand railing top and mid rails, (toe guards) etc for roofs, gantry girders, stair cases, platform, walkway, fencing etc and applying two coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer (15 microns each coat) and two coats of approved enamel paint (25 microns each coat) after fabrication as specified and as shown on drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/ Consultant, all materials, tools, plant, labour etc complete in all respect.

Supply of structural steel materials, loading, transporting, unloading, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position as shown in the drawing, at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level square/ rectangular walkway/hot mesh gratings of opening size of about 50 mm x 30 mm as specified and as shown on drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/ Consultant fabricated with steel sections such as flats, bars, angles and channels etc., all materials, tools, plant labour etc. complete in all respect.

Supply of structural steel materials, loading transporting, unloading, fabricating and erecting and fixing in position at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level, chequered plate excluding structural steelwork for supports and stiffeners, at floors, walkways, platforms, staircases, etc as specified and as shown in drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/Consultant including supplying and fixing bolts conforming to property class 4.6 (precision/semi-precision type), nuts, washers etc, applying two coats of approved primer (15 microns each coat) after fabrication and two coats of approved enamel paint (25 microns each coat), all materials, tools, plant labour etc. complete in all respect

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position as shown in the drawing, at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level welded mesh made of 4 mm dia MS rod including structural framework at roof openings, coverings as specified and as shown on drawings and/or as directed by the Engineers/Consultant including supplying and fixing bolts conforming to property class 4.6 (precision /semi precision type), nuts, washers, fittings, fixtures etc. applying two coats of approved primer (15 microns each coat) after fabrication and two coats of approved enamel paint (25 microns each coat), all materials, labour, tools and plant to complete the work in all respects.

Supply of 5/6 mm thick M.S. plates (conforming to IS:2062) loading, transporting, unloading, fabricating, erecting, fixing in position gutters, including all structural steel work for supports, bearers, clamps, stiffeners etc. at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level including supplying and fixing bolts conforming to property class 4.6 (precision/semi-precision type) nuts, washers etc, as specified and as shown on drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/ Consultant applying two coats of approved primer (15 microns each coat) and two coats of approved enamel paint (25 microns each coat) after fabrication, all materials, labour, tools and plant to complete the work in all respect.

Supplying, transporting to site, cutting, placing and fixing in position at all heights above finished ground level pre-colour coated trapezoidal profile steel sheets minimum 0.5 mm total coated thickness (TCT) for roof & monitor including supply and fixing of self tapping, self drilling steel screws with integral EPDM washers etc of approved make, Aluminium pop rivet of approved make, non-hardening poly-sulphide or other approved sealant, mastic tapes and all other accessories to prevent water penetration, all ridging/flashing using the pre-colour coated plain sheets minimum 0.5 mm total coated thickness (TCT), all with metallic coating and paint coating on top and bottom surfaces as per the technical specification , Part B: Cl.E Type-II and conforming to the requirements and standards as specified and of approved make including on-site roll forming facilities to extrude single length trapezoidal profile sheet if required, suitable for direct erection on roof, all as per the direction of Engineer and as shown on drawings, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete. Supplying , transporting to site, cutting, placing and fixing in position at all heights above finished ground level Polycarbonate sheets 2 mm thick on roof / vertical faces matching with the Trapezoidal profile sheets including supplying and fixing of all necessary accessories and finally beading the joints with silicon sealant to prevent water penetration, all as per the technical specification all as per the direction of Engineer and as shown on drawings, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete. (Only net areas/length as laid excluding laps will be measured)

Supplying, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing in position at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level welded structural steelwork for in-situ modification/ strengthening of existing structural members like all types of columns, gantry girders, auxiliary and surge girders, diaphragms, platforms, roof trusses and girders, bracings, stiffeners, beams, brackets, monorails and it's supports, lifting beams, posts and hangers, wind girders, floor and platform supports, stagings, staircases, walkways, M.S. Angle/Tubular Sections/Posts in hand railings, mid rails, toe guards and all other miscellaneous structural steelwork as specified and as shown on drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/ Consultant including supplying and fixing bolts conforming to property class 4.6 (precision/semi-precision type), nuts, washers, fittings, fixtures etc. including painting after necessary surface cleaning of existing structural members and touch up with two coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer (15 microns each coat) in the damaged portion and with all material, labour, tools and plant complete in all respect. Note: Newly Strengthened/added members will be taken for measurement

Supplying and providing grout with M30 grade concrete as defined by IS:456 with 6 mm and down graded stone aggregates in column bases after aligning and levelling of steel structures including cleaning column bases/foundation tops, providing shuttering, mixing, placing, ompacting and curing, all as per drawings and directions of the Consultant, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect.

Supplying, transporting to site, fabricating and fixing Galvanised link chains used for handrailing at all heights and depths above and below finished ground level made up of 6 mm dia. MS Rounds electrically welded. Outside length and width of links shall not exceed 6 times and 3½ times the diameter of the material respectively as shown on drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/Consultant with all materials, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete in all respect.
