Cutting in earth work in all height and depth in all kinds of soils including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering wherever required, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width, cutting, side slopes, trimming of bottom and levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site, according to the HPPWD specification and sorting of useful and un-useful material for filling in roadway, embankments for grade improvement and leveling to the required grades and then disposing of all excavated materials in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping site/sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal loads or mechanical means along with its leveling and fine dressing and carriage of all labour, machinery, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and /or by labour (if any required complete as per the direction of the as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and transportation of useful and un-useful materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respect and in all cases including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in earth work etcetra in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiesling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out ture to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable divertion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry whereever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing in all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machinaries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth including all taxes, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including all taxes, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement is to five sand is to Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls, Breast walls and Parapets etcetera as per drawings and HPPWD/MORD technical specification clauses- 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty design mix) to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/square MM (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 330 Kg/Per cubic metre ( Three hundred thirty kilograme per cubic metre) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed & vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty design mix) to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/square MM (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 Kg/Per cubic metre ( Three hundred twenty kilograme per cubic metre) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor all levels as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed & vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty design mix) to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/square MM (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 Kg/Per cubic metre ( Three hundred twenty kilograme per cubic metre) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in stair cases and connected work upto floor all levels as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-twenty) design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm square (twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 KG (Three hundred twenty kilogramme) / cum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 metre( zero decimial ten millimetre) thickness including attached pillasters, buttreses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of the foundation upto floor all level as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm square (twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 Kg (Three hundred twenty kilogramme) / Cubic metre and curing complete including form work in moulding as in cornices, window sills etc. upto floor all level as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete of grade M-20 with cement contents not less than 320 Kg/ cum ( three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals and including all taxes imposed by the Govt. time to time.

Providing & fixing 40 mm ( forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood shutter with pannel of 12 mm ( twelve millimetre) thick water proof ply pannels of ISI marked No. IS- 303 covered with 1 mm ( one millimetre) thick aluminium sheet up to 100 cm ( hundred centimetre) towards toilet including hardwood decorative beading and bright finished / black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete including all taxes and carriage of material, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying marble work (Table rubbed and polished) in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement isto three sand) including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 ( one white cement isto two marble dust) with an admixre of pigment to match the shade of marble 19 mm thick ( nineteen millimetre) green marble with round nosing complete including all taxes and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts as per specification or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick kota stone single slab in stair case treads and risers 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick (average ) base of cement mortar 1 :4 ( one cement isto four sand) laid over jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishisng with uniform nosing /edging complete as per approved pattern upto all floor level including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 300 x 300 x 25 mm ( three hundred into three hundred into twenty five millimetre ) mm antiskid tiles in labrador design(Rainbow series) of NTC laid over cement mortar bed 1:4 ( one cement isto four sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing Uni-stone 12mm (twelve millimetre) cladding on RCC surface side as on faces of Arch masonary walls etcetera on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement plaster 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointed with cement slurry including scaffolding etcetera complete including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.
