M&L for sub main wiring with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core cable PVC insulated FRLS multistrand unsheathed copper conductor cable including 1100 V grade, drawn through steel Conduit including 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to all common earth point including taking down of old sub main wiring all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of flameproof rotary switch with LM6 termination box, 16A, single-pole, 250V, complete in repairs all as specified and directed.

S&F of flameproof switch socket and plug combined unit with cable termination box, made of LM6 alloy, 16A, 250V, 2P+Earth, complete in repairs all as specified and directed.

S&F of flameproof LED light fitting, 1 x 16 Watt, CMRI certified, suitable for gas/vapour group IIA & IIB, Zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, with IP65 protection rating with die-cast aluminium housing and heat-resistant toughened glass, prewired with LED tubes, driver, holders and connectors, including all accessories and connection with suitable size three-core flexible copper conductor cable, complete in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F of flameproof LED light fitting, 2 x 16 Watt, CMRI certified, suitable for gas/vapour group IIA & IIB, Zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, with IP65 protection rating with die-cast aluminium housing and heat-resistant toughened glass, prewired with LED tubes, driver, holders and connectors, including all accessories and connection with suitable size three-core flexible copper conductor cable, complete in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F of flameproof 90 Watt LED highbay lights 150/125 Watt HPSV lights, with luminaire made of aluminium die-cast housing for efficient thermal management, integrated with suitable driver ensuring flicker-free illumination, complete in repairs all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate should include taking down of existing highbay lights present at a height of 10-15 meters and fixing the LED lights at the same place.

All as per Item No 7.00 above but of 120 watt all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flameproof distribution board including removal of MCBs, adjustment of busbar in its designated slot, proper fixing of MCBs to ensure smooth operation through external knobs, reconnection of control wiring and incoming/outgoing cables using suitable lugs wherever required, securing of cables, and refixing of DB doors with Allen bolts, complete in repairs all as specified and directed. Note: 1.The quoted rate must include for the spare parts such as lugs, electrical insulating tape, allen bolts and also the tools required must be arranged by the contractor. 2. However, the Panel Knob type handles for operating MCBs shall be measured and paid under separate item.

S&F of 90 watt LED roadway luminaire, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection with high power LEDs as light source and HF electronic driver of 90W capacity including making necessary connection & taking down old unsv fitting complete all as specified and directed.
