Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. completed as per item 4.12.1

Dressing bed and preparation of sub grade for lining/concrete by mechanical/manual means HSR No.14.1

Brick work in 1:3 (cement 3 course and, mortar with common burnt clay non-modular bricks with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designatiion 7.5 in foundation and plinth compleate as per HSR 15.6.1

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain Cum cement concrete M-15, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automattic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuousatitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specifiedgrade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate\ retard setting of concrete, improve work ability without impairing strength ans improve as per direction ofthe Engineer- in- charge( note:- less cement used asper design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix for sleepers). M-15 grade plain cement content as per HSR No. 6.22.1.2

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concretefor reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manutactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous atitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the c ost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admictures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairinig strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All works above plinth level up to floor IV level as per HSR No. 6.25.1

Steel reinforcement of thermo mechanically threaded bars of graded Fee - 500D for RCC w ork, where not included in the complete rate of RCC i/c straightening, cutting bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wires etc. complete in all respect above plinth level as per HSR No. 6.33.6

Centering and shuttering I/c strutting, proping and Sqm removal of form work for foundation, footing and bases of colomns etc. complete as per HSR No. 6.29.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, I/c atached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillet kerbs and steps etc. as per HSR No. 6.29.2

Centering ans Shuttering i/c proping ans removal of form work for roof, landing etc. complete as per HSR No. 6.30.3

Filling Construction joints, with special impervious hot pour, 12.5 mm wide as HSR No. 6.58

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete inter locking paver block of M- 35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over ( BIS 15658:2006) and including 60 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge HSR No. 17.69.2

Dismantling of brick masonry laid in cement sand mortar manually/by machanical means i/c stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mtr lead or as per direction of enginner incharge complete as per HSR No. 5.7.4

Demolishing R.C.C work manually/by machanical means i/c stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mtr lead or as per direction of enginner incharge complete as per HSR No. 5.25

Demolishing Cement concrete 1:2:4 or leaner (i/c equalent design mix) manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 mtr lead or as per direction of enginner incharge complete as per HSR No. 5.23.2

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade. New work ( Two or more coats applied HSR No. 11.94

Providing and laying in position CC 1:3:6 stone aggregate 20 mm size in foundation and plinth HSR ITEM NO. 6.1.4

Brick work in 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 course sand) mortar with common burnt clay non- modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth complete as per HSR 7.21.1

Providing and laying dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern wiith bricks of class desigantion 7.5 on bed of 12 mm ud mortar, including fillinf joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks compleate as per HSR No. 10.34

Providing lovering, laying,cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished) joiting with rubber rings marked with IS: 5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RDD, NP2 MARKED WITH IS: 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling,re handling etc. complete is all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in-charge complete as per HSR 20.62.13 for 1200 mm dia

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty by mechanical transport up to a lead of 1 km also including ramming and watering fo the earth in layers not exceedibng 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete as per HSR 4.33

Filling available excavated earth(excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of fouyndations etc in layers not excedding 20 cm in depth, consoluidating each deposited layer by raming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 mtr HSR 4.32

Removing hume pipes NP 2/NP 3/NP 4 including excavation and taiking out the pieps mnanually by mechanical means and stacking the pipes within standard lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge above 600 mm dia as per HSR item 5.53.2

demolshing dry brick pitching in floors, drains etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead complete as per HSR 5.6
