COMPREHENSIVE MAINT/PETTY REPAIR, DAY TO DAY MAINT OF INTERNAL COMPLAINTS IN OTM/MD ACCN OF DGQA AND ALLIED AREA OF ASC SUPPLY DEPOT UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Attending complaints to checking & replacing the existing defective electrical items for continuous electric supply incl carrying out minor repair as reqd to make the item fuctional & replacing fuse ,small pieces of copper wire, copper cable as suitable size at site ,insulation tape roll,etc.Attending minor repairs such as testing, connectings fittings, nuts, bolts, screws,etc to emergent complaints i.e. no light ,earth leakage ,short circuit , neutral break in mains/sub mains/internal circuits of existings electrical systems of main buildings /blocks and making continuous electric supply incl carrying out minor repairs to make system in order /functional with insulation tape roll, copper thimbles, glands,earthing,wire,as required at site complete all as specicifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :1. This item is applicable only where no store is required. 2. The site for attending complaints are COD Estate, ASC Depot, ME line, VRG line, Offr Qtr Napier road, Harding road. Contractor should provide minimum two (02) trademen (electrician) for such site to attend the complaint in all working days between 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs incl holiday and sunday. 3. Contractor shall insure the security passes for his staff , to be obtained from concern auth for attending complaints 4 The contractor will ensure that the electricians with necessary toolm bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 5. A recovery of Rs 500/- for not attending the complaints upto 04 hrs and 04 hrs Rs 1000/- shall be recovered from the contractor. 6. The complaint slip, register & other connected documents will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 7. Proper date wise record of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verifiaction at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill

Supply & fix in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 3 Core 1.5 sq mm multicore annealed copper conductor for voltage Grade 1100 volt conforming to IS 694:2010 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 3 Core 2.5 sq mm multicore annealed copper conductor for voltage Grade 1100 volt conforming to IS 694:2010 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 3 Core 4 sq mm multicore annealed copper conductor for voltage Grade 1100 volt conforming to IS 694:2010 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 3 Core 6 sq mm multicore annealed copper conductor for voltage Grade 1100 volt conforming to IS 694:2010 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, bell, bell push etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specification complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible cable FRLS with proper colour coding and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multistranded cable (green colour) as earth lead in and including concealed non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade size 25mm dia with all fittings (ISI Marked) controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box of required size & as directed & 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet, including cutting chases to wall making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified & directed.
