M&L maintenance of DG Set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA and carrying out 'B' check after 250 hours run or 3 months period which ever is earlier including cost of replacement of new 'B' check kit such as oil filter, bypass filter, airfilter, CR element and CR plates complete with 'O' rings and draining of engine oil and filling up new engine oil, spares as required and calibration of ijectors and pumps including testing complete all as specified and directed for the DG set of any make/type and various areas under AGE (I) Pokaran complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Engine oil shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Labour &Transportation shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) Repairs to DG Sets shall be carried out through authorised representative of OEM. (iv) Make of DG sets to be Repaired:- Kirloskar/Cummin/Cater Pillar/Greaves Cotton.

M&L for dismantling the cylinder heads from diesel engine and sent to foundry work (work shop) for calibration and repairs by replacing the spares such as Valves, Valve Guides, Valves seats and repairs kit and re-assembling to its original position with necessary Engine cylinder head gasket and O rings for DG Set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA including testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as pet Item No. 04.00 above but for DG Set of capacity 45 KVA To 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any type /make /model, opening and dismantling of self starter suitable for the DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA for carrying out repair, complete overhauling of the system including replacing the unserviceable parts such as bearing, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc assembling and refixing the self starter in its original position and connecting all connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Armature coil and D coil field shall be measured seperatly under relevent items of BOQ.

M&L rewinding of field coil for self starter of 12 volts with fine enamelled copper conductor of same gauge with 'F' class insullation, size twins and weight with necessary insulating materials, guage of conductor suitable for any make or type of DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA as required for the DG set and testing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing the defective charging dynamo of capacity 24 volts DC of any type / model / make of any capacity and opening it by removing all nuts and bolts, cleaning with necessary cleaning agent and overhauling and lubricating of the same replacing the armature and field coils reconnecting the same and refixing all items in original position testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 16.00 above but for 12 volts DC Charging dynamo complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and dismantling of fuel pump assembly from its original position by opening of nuts and bolts, renewing of pump repair kit and fuel pipe refixing the same after overhauling including calibration and testing complete for the DG sets of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration of water pump complete, overhauling, replacing of gaskets, nuts, washers etc and reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine and testing including taking down the old unservicable water pump of any capacity of DG set from the engine and taking it to out side workshop, for the DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L disconnecting the cooler from any capacity and any type of DG set/make/size from the existing location duly removing of all mechanical and electrical connections and taking down the same for servicing, opening the parts and cleaning thoroughly by using suitable material and acid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L disconnecting the unservicable DC wiring from DG set of any type and rewiring the same with suitable new wire of existing guage by providing flexible pipe and testing complete for any type of DG set/make/size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L disconnecting the oil cooler of any DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA any make and model from the existing location duly removing of all the mechanical and electrical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing, opening the connected parts and cleaning thoroughly by using with suitable material and acid complete all as specified and directed

M&L taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from DG Set of capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit and spares as required at site including any mechanical and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same and including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out fuel from fuel tank of DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA any type and keeping it in separate container safely, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other electrical and mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning of tank both internally and externally for removing all the accumulated dusts or sediments, leak testing the tank, welding and brazing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint and refixing the tank to its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe protecting with flexible pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drained out fuel back in to the tank and marking of litres in guage and provision of locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5M deep for fdn / trenches and getting out for soft / loose soil.

Removing excavated material any type n exc 50m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5M above ground.

Returning in filling in layers, spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25m in sof/loose soil.
