REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLE STABILIZER ETC AND CONNECTED WORKS AT 15 FAD JINDRAH UNDER GE ARMY DHAR ROAD

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been errected and tested , all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

M & L for Brick protection for LT cable with sub class "B" bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying dry river sand to be laid in 8 cms before laying of cable and 15 cms above cable in trenche as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note: for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 110 mm outer dia and 95 mm inner dia including taking out old unserviceable complete all as directed. all as directed.

Ditto- all as per item 06 but of size 90 mm outer dia and 76 mm inner dia all as directed.

Ditto- all as per item 06 but of size 77 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia all as directed.

Taking out existing worn out/old XLPE under ground cable in 4/3.5 core of 50 sqmm to 25 Sqmm size of 1100 Volt grade in pieces from trenches making loop for transportation and removal from site after taking proper shut down from MES compitent staff complete in all respect and as directed at site.

All as per item No: 09 here in before but size 70 sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying , jointing ,testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty with multistranded aluminium conductor 25 Sqm 4 core size including making all incoming and out going connections through proper lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) including casting blocks with and incl for cable route indicator of size 150mm dia round plate 2mm thick with stand of angle iron approx 75mm long including engraving the type of supply in the cable as directed for indicting the routes of LT 440 Volt /MES under ground cables, laying the blocks along the route of the cables all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 4 Pole,.415 V. fixed type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA and connecting up in the existing panel location including taking out existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for road / path way any type (Concrete) cutting , including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boulders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as directed.

Material and Labour in replacement of Aluminium thimbles/lugs for connections of various size of under ground heavy duty cable all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement of Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 6mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal Ground Level connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 40zmm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to main Panel point all as shown on electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified including testing on completion.Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways , GI funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia, wire mesh, salt and charcoal, protection pipe for earth strip upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR part-II earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Busbar chamber 200 Amps, TPN 8 way minimum length 460mm long enclosed in sheet metal enclosure with and including 04 No's of angle iron legs length 1.2 made out of 50mmx50mmx6 mm thick MS angle mounted on plateform suitable for operation on 3 phase,4 wire ,440volts, AC supply system including consisting of sufficient no's of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/Rubber bushes to prevent water/moisture inside the enclosure ,required no's of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with strandard copper conductor FRLS wires of adequate size,duly powder coated internally & externally of approved shade including all the fixing arrangements, making all incoming and out going connections through the lugs/thimbles all as specified and directed .Note: PCC item will be measured and paid separately.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 89392.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
