Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc .in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches ,stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres (HSR 6.6)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (a) soft/loose soil {HSR 6.25 (a)}

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.28)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level (HSR 10.59)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns,(square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc., excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc., excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects, (For work upto 1.5 metres below ground level) (HSR 10.90)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level (HSR 11.9)

Dholpur stone 25 mm thick in wall facing (lining) laid in any pattern as specified on 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and polishing including labour for fixing cramps, pins and dowels etc. {HSR 14.60}

15 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 on the rough side of single or half brick wall (HSR 15.11)

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick and tile work (HSR 15.60)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 16.3)

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface (HSR 16.9)

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem , Robbiacem etc. on new work, two coats to give an even shade.(HSR 16.61)

Steel work, fixed independently without connecting plates, including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position in :- {HSR 18.1} (c)Tees, angles and channels

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats square bars. tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron door openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing , gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position (HSR 18.12)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC incluidng straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position, complete in all respect for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separtely for different diameters as actually used in work excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Providing and fixing concertina spiral G.I. wire fencing of 1'-6" dia on Y-shape angle iron posts and barbed wire fencing (excluding cost of angle iron posts & barbed wire fencing) weighing 150 kg to 160 kg per 100 meter, ( of make as approved by Engineering In charge and confirming to IS specifications) fixed with plain GI wire of 16 gauge, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (plain GI wire used for binding shall be not be measured for payment) (NS)

Earth filling under/along with boundary wall with dune sand (tiba sand), brought from outside (any lead), in 15 cm layer including laying, dressing, watering, ramming, consolidating, excavation, carriage, loading, unloading and compensation, etc., complete. (NS)
