Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70 - 160 cps. over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete.Upper side of membrane should be mineral gravel finished .The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick

Supplying and fixing Drain cell mat (20 MM)- size 50*25*2 cm, material hi-impact polypropylene @ compressive strength / m2 : above 120 tons, weight / m2 : 2kgs, excellent resistant towards algae and mould and a perfect solution for a subsoil drainage application also for creating a successful roof garden. including labour charges and complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in charge

The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. Complete as per specifications.

Providing and Laying of EPOXY MORTAR for sealing and grouting of crack consisting of Epoxy Resin 100 Parts by weight, Hardener 50 Parts by weight ,Mix Viscosity@25º C 2000-5000m pas (without filler Mix No.10) , Pot life@25º C 120 minutes , Touch to dry @25º C 4-6 hrs having properties after 7 days of curing@25º C Compressive Strength -800-1200 Kg/Sqcm, Split Tensile Strength - 350-400Kg/Sqcm , Flexural Strength - 2000-2200Kg/Sqcm ,Modulus of Elasticity in tension -600-800Kg/Sqcm, Bond Strength - 600-800 Kg/Sqcm.Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.
