M&L cement filleting in CM 1:4, sectional area n.exc 25 sq cm in repair complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) typr C-1 block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing, cement concrete of 1:2:4 B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings, post, etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for pripration of Newly plaster walls surface and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal paint over one coat of primer complete all as per manufacturar instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Work will be carried out through authorized applicator only.

M&L for prepration of Old walls, chajjah surface by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and rubbing down, and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal paint complete all as per manufacturar instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh ,any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood ,steel or RCC ) any section ,including taking out embaded portion concrete ,brick work ,masonary,etc and making good disturbedground complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel section and embedding in concrete, posts or struts in fencing/compound wall, Doors or gate etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed by Engineer-in-Charge drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0). complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new /previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing & line wire, MS galvanised of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing for chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. (Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at supplied only rate) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 1 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete; push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of bushes in side the structure by manually and getting out all bushes and grasses from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & spreading for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 40 mm, deposited, levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick over watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel/aluminium windows/ventilator complete with frames and shutters (without taking off the shutters) of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for powder coated aluminium three track and three shutter (of equal width) sliding type window without sash bars including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), bearings two No's for each shutter with 4.00mm thick sheet glass for glazing shutters & stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire gauge shutters including following powder coated sections as given in 'JINDAL' catalogue complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (i) Frame (Bottom)-20620. (ii) Frame (Top & Side)-20621. (iii) Shutter vertical (Handle lock)-20846. (iv) Shutter vertical (Int lock)-20845. (v) Shutter (Top)-20844. (vi) Shutter (Bottom)-20847. Note :- (i) The window opening shall be provided with three shutters of equal width. (ii) Two shutters shall be glazed shutters & one shutter shall be with stainless steel wire cloth all as specified hereinbefore. (iii) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F in 100 mm Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed.

S/F 150mm length Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised.

S&F 200mm length Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed.
