Providing and laying 40 mm thick compacted BC (Bituminous Concrete) layer including preparation of existing surface, with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-17 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications of Road and bridge works (Fifth revision) mixed with minimum 5.6% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix all as specified as per MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) between KM 845.000 TO KM 875.764 (Net length 30.619 Kms) on road DIRAK – RUPAI all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick BM (Bituminous Macadam) for correction works with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-7 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-6 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth revision) mixed with 3.6% VG-30 (Viscosity Grade) bitumen by mass of total mix and rolled /compacted as per MoRT&H specifications (Fifth revision) to the required specification all as specified between KM 845.000 TO KM 875.764 (Net length 30.619 Kms) on road DIRAK – RUPAI all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) or using low viscosity grade paving bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer or Bitumen Emulsion as directed by Engineer In Charge on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of to MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) between KM 845.000 TO KM 875.764 (Net length 30.619 Kms) on road DIRAK – RUPAI all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5 mm thick) conforming to MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision): 803.4 including preparation of surface and application between KM 845.000 TO KM 875.764 (Net length 30.619 Kms) on road DIRAK – RUPAI all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
