Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.,) or insulation boards /slabs /blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work not more than 605x605mm size for false ceiling with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long including Poly Vinyl chloride (PVC) laminated gypsum ceiling tiles /boards as required colour comes with best aluminium foil backing of good thermal insulation, fire resistant, moisture resistant, effective dust resistant and edges powered with aluminium tape, size 600x600x9mm thick fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated plastered or unplastered surface walls by scrapping with steel wire brush, washing and cleaning and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember roller application a layer of wall care putty 3mm thick over a coat of wall primer, at any height of building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Colour and shade will be approved by GE.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for roller application of two coats of oil emulsion distemper on newly plaster wall surfaces including applying with 3mm thick Birla/ JK Putty over a coat of primer of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting chases on brickwork concrete surfaces not exc 10cm girth and making good in cement mortar 1:3 the existing surface after carryiing out the concealed wiring including necessary finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor drawn into existing concealed conduit and provision of 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire and pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc., with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

One light point controlled by one switch piano.

One fan point controlled by one switch piano and one regulator.

One exhaust fan point controlled by one switch piano.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board

All as per item No. 09 here-in-before but one 3 pin socket outlet 5 /15 Amps, indipendent board with cables 4 sqmm size for phase, neutral and earth wire.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor drawn into including PVC concealed conduit of size not less than 20mm dia and provision of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire and cast iron/ pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc., with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be measured and paid seperately.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps, indipendent board with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

All as per item No.11 here-in-before but one 3 pin socket outlet 5/ 15 Amps, independent board with cables 4 sqmm size.

Supply and fix for socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc., as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for ceiling rose three terminals/ PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring along with earth wire of any sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring along with earth wire with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable including conduit fixed on wall /surface /concealed steel for the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

2X4 sqmm for phase and neutral and 1X4 sqmm as earth wire.

2X6 sqmm for phase and neutral and 1X6 sqmm as earth wire.

4x16 sqmm for phase and neutral and 2x16 sqmm as earth wire.

Supply and fix for sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin earth plug and socket with one SP MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for sheet metal enclosure vertical DB's 4 way including MCCB 125A, 4 pole, 415V, 25 KA with spreader terminals, insulating phase barrier and hardware complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for MCB TP 63A, 240V, 'C' series complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240V, 'C' series complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix high efficiency wall mounted 20 watts (4 feet) LED batten complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Including taking down the existing unserviceable FTL fittings. Make: Wipro/ Philips/ HPL/ Surya Roshini Ltd/ Crompton
