M&L for cleaning of blocked Manhole n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for dewatering and desludging of cleaing existing septic tank/ soakage wells of any capacity/ any size (10 user to 500 user) including inlet and outlet chamber, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign material by mechanical equipment and removing waste material/ sludge/ water etc outside MOD land as per the norms set by district town area commitee or at nearer sewage treatment plant of MES complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor. Note :(ii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. Note :(iii) Any damage caused during cleaing shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost to govt. (iv)The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have including all such type mechanical equipment/ any water/ sludge collection/ suction machine tank/ transport charge for removal of water/ sludge etc. (v) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth out side the MOD land.

M&L for taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, PCC blocks or stone masonary walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key scrbbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete and ensuring high standred of hygiene and sanitation complete along with necessary cleaning alongwith rods,pumps Bamboos if necessary,chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified and day to day directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate includes for keeping particular BLOCK under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :-(i) The contractor should provide 04 people (02 sewage cleaning people & 02 helpers) and his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @300.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n. exc 3.00 mtr in depth, for foundation , laying of pipes and cable etc or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 in depth but n.exc 3.00 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for dismantling of cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches (if required), of 75/100mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition and breaking up of drain pipe of 150 mm to 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed belew barrel of pipe -10 cm. (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs ( for manholes etc). and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concretedesign mix slab as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of CI pipes 100/75mm bore by ridding and inserting jute bag to clean out the residue material and well flushing with water, making functional upto satisfication complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for viterous china wash down water closet pan 'P' or 'S' trap (Pedestal pattern) ,white with PVC seat cover, including fixing bolts, connection to drain pipe ( or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc , fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) bends any radius, for 110mm bore of pipe, fixed with rubber ring joint, fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

M&L for 110 mm bore PVC pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall including dismantling existing any dia of PVC pipe, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs PVC flushing cistern low level (white) with inlet, ball valve float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for viterous china Urinals, half stall large coloured make CERA including connection PVC waste pipe of adequate dia and size CP grating with hole and urinal push valve including fittings fixed in repair complete all as specified.

S & F PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, size 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of PVC/ RCC water tank any size/ type of capacity each including during cleaing of water tank any damage of accessories (i.e GI Nipple and float ball valve high pressure. PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density ball screwed all rates shall be deemed including and department have not pay any extra cost of items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) gully trap of size 150 x 110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and incl 15mm thick 1:4 screed bed complete all as specified and directed.
