REPLACEMENT OF WORNOUT COMPONENTS OF 550 AMP. L.T CONTROL PANEL AND ALLIED WORKS INSTALLED AT WSS HRT LIFT SHALIMAR, KISHTWAR.

Replacement of worn-out components of 550 ampere rating LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum auto starter of HC Pumpset unit no. 6 installed at stage-3rd of WSS HRT Lift Shalimar, Kishtwar. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel. The job involves extraction of worn-out air break 3-pole main power contactor of 550 Amp. rating from panel box and then providing / fitting of 01 no. new air break 3-pole main power contactor of 550 Amp. rating (MNX-550) of L&T make only in place of damaged one. Replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CB-4SA) unit and power contactor kit of air break 3-pole delta power contactor of 550 ampere rating (MNX-550) of L&T make only with corresponding new components conforming to same size and specifications. Replacement of damaged digital voltmeter, ampere meter and phase indicators. Making connection of all incoming and outgoing cables with the LT Control Panel. Testing of the equipment without load and thereafter on full load. The job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
