Taking down existing street light/flood light/focus light/high mast light carefully (any capacity, any type) from pole/building to carry out repair work at site including replacment of unserviceable/ defective screw nut bolts, spare etc, re-fixing/replacment of fitting in its original position, testing and commissioning, including removal of bushes, creepers and trimming of branches around the light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. If any major repair is required, attending complaints and replacment of any nature in street light network at any point of time, the items shall be replaced with respective item of sch 'A' is demmed to be inclusive. 2. Rate shall be included for flexible wire of size 23/.0076 for connecting the light to conductor and PVC tape to taping the joint properly shall be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. 3. Vehicle mounted Hydraulic type ladders / Cranes shall be used and will be provided by contractor for dismantling / refixing of light fittings at pole and cost for the same is deemed to be included. 4. Lights for replacement shall be measured as supply only under respective items of this BOQ.

Supply only LED street light fitting 90 watts, 6000K energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device complete alll as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment Gate / Post Top lantern LED lighs fitting of capacity 40 W die-cast aluminium body, 35 watt LED 3000/5700K with Opal diffuser complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed, copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm two core connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern etc on pole /wall/ pillar from over head conductor/ junction box/ DB including termination clip etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed, copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm two core connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern etc on pole /wall/ pillar from over head conductor/ junction box/ DB including termination clip etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacment Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, medium grade 20 mm dia fixing on PCC pole with clamps nut bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping of poles, concrete base work, protection of cable and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement street light timer panel set, three phase for 8 KW light load comprising of nature switch three phase 25 Amp series fuse, 25 Amp Contactor per phase (AC-3) - 03 Nos and 32 Amp MCB - 06 Nos, housed in a pole mounted enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement street light timer panel set, three phase for 5 KW light load comprising of nature switch single phase 25 Amp series fuse, 40 Amp Contactor -01 No and 40 Amp MCB - 01 No, housed in a pole mounted enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment of SMC based outdoor type Junction box pole Hinged (L) mounted having four Nos aluminium bus bar 100 amps for cable connection and looping including MCB SP 06 Amps, C Curve, 10 kA, fixed to Pole/ wall with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/Removing existing PCC/Steel poles from site including demolition of PCC for embedded portion of pole for removal of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from site as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

S&F pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 with earth strip from top to bottom of the poles and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5cm large bold letters 2cm wide complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rate includes staying the pole in a truly vertical position till the foundation is properly set. (ii) Excavation, foundation concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under the appropriate items.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rate includes staying the pole in a truly vertical position till the foundation is properly set. (ii) Excavation, foundation concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under the appropriate items.

S&F in replacement brackets made out of 32 mm dia GI steel tubing, medium grade, 1.5mtr long including 02 Nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm fixed with nut/bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 m long/Swan neck pole, by applying two coat of alluminum paint after scraping/brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 m height from ground level and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of Blue and White enammelled paint ( 30 cms each) Pole No will be made up of Black Radium colour in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of White Colour to complete pole above 1.5 Mtr from Ground Level white and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted wth synthetic enamel paint in alternatively blue and White strip of 30 cm after scraping /removing the existing paint and the preparation on the surface of RCC LT pole. Pole No will be made up of Black Radium colour in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep and surrounding area of street light pole/stay and panel boards including cutting and cleaning away grass,bushes,small plant,vegetable shrubs bushes of under roots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust & common salft filled in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earth lead wire 4.00mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly and including watering pipe medium grade GI 20mm bore & protection pipe light grade GI 40mm bore, including wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation in any type of soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50mtr, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 80mm thick shall be of pre-caste RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPN weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm including necessary form work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion at site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Electrical Plate No. 3 reffered in the item above is mainly for earth chamber.

The earth plate to be connetced with copper earthing strip of size 20mmx 3mm thick by means of brazing between copper strip and earth plate min 45 cm in vertical length and copper strip also to be joined by brazing only. The copper earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall include provision of funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ), 3rd layer with tibba sand up to ground level. Earthing shall also include concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr etc in any type of soil all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I complete to obtain less than 2 Ohm earth resistance value, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Cost of this items includes the scope of earth work, charcoal, salt, PCC, RCC pit cover of required size, formwork. (ii) Tibba sand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own and the cost thereof shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate of this item. S&F in replacement broken/damaged Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphourus bronze 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement earthing Insulator for earthing strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brazing/soldering on both sides (over lapping) to the GI strip of any size as earthing lead including dismantling the old from the existing position/ equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments and reconnecting after repair/brazing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI Pipe 40mm bore light grade cut piece of 3.5 metre to 4 mtr length fixed vertically with bottom end fixed to parapet wall/roof of the building with suitable clamps & fasteners or PCC work for stragiht vertical erection as directed and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position at various/different locations pit cover with lifting handle of pre-cast RCC (1:1:5:3) mix along with lifiting handle using 20mm graded crush stone aggragate type A-1 and reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm, and replacing existing earth pit cover for replacing broken/unserviceable pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Bib Tap Standard of PTMT any colour hingh pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note : Minimum weight of bib tap 90 gms.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exec. 1.5 mtr wide and not exec. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles stays laying of cables, pipe etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil above. 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.50m but not exc. 3.00 mtr in depth for poles stays laying of cables, pipe etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling, watering and well rammings in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,stranded aluminium conductor 6 Sqmm 4 Core, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade,confirming to IS7098(Part1)1988 as in replacement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Before laying of cable contractor shall be produced original purchase voucher with batch/drum serial number and OEM cabel test certificates.
