M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete of thickness 55mm, U drain having internal size 300mm X 450mm and cover having thickness not less than 100mm perforated type and pattern as approved the load capacity not less then 40T set in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of old drains/any dia of pipes and excavatetion, leveling, refilling, loading, unloading, also and make the surface as before ,removing the excaveted material out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches any strata type of soil of not exc 1.5m wide, not exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 10 sqm on plan including demolition and breaking up existing pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in 1:4 cement mortar including returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well rammed in layers not exec 25cm and removing excavated materials out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed including packing under and haunching against the sides of Internal dia of pipe 600mm drain pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC pipes class NP3 600mm dia bore grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed with bends and taper bendsany size, including single and dubble Y junction complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills grating, plates etc,as in drain cover with end of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or froged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, waterways, railing, arrow,plates, door, gates etc. and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry/pcc blocks built in cement mortar including excavation for widening of drain removing the material out side of MOD land depth all as specified and directed by Eng-in - Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-I 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, full or half bircks works straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:6) finish the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level un re-inforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC of type D2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base, sub floor, paving and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed.
