Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. a) 100 A,30KA,FPMCCB.

Supplying and fixing 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Tripple Pole and Neutral in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of Double Pole / 2way, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. with 40A 2Pole MCB.

Supplying and fixing 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single Pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Double Pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling & taking down wiring with switch boxes, old Electrical panel etc. as directed by Engineer in charge and depositing old materials in E & MM Store yard.

Supplying and fixing 63 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 63 A "C" curve, FPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 12 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supply and laying of PVC box type casing & capping of size 50mm x 20mm using suitable hardwares etc.

Supplying and drawing 3 Runs x 4.0 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 Runs x 10.0 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 5 Runs x 10.0 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 12 module, PVC box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure (1.5x1.5x1.5Ft) with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc as per IS 3043 including charcoal/ coke and salt as required including complete tinning of Copper plate / CU flat & Brazing of CU flat with CU plate. (Only SS Nut Bolts and Washers to be used)

Supplying and fixing 15/16 A modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 16 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supply and fixing 20mm dia PVC Flexible hose on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply, install, test and commissioning LT distribution pannel board made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel, angle iron, base frame suitable for fixing pannel to wall with 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm size angle iron duly painted with two coats of powder coated pant (gray colour) over a coat of red oxide primer, pannel shall be fixed to wall / floor with suitabe anchor bolts and nuts. The pannel shall be with indudual hinged with locking arrangement doors for each MCCB,s / MCB distribution chamber with in the compartment including connecting all incoming & out going cables, during connecing if any incoming / out going cables is need to be extended also included in the scope of work (cable for extension of connection will be provided by CFTRI) The pannel shall be fitted with following fittings and acessories Note :- All incoming / outgoing armoured cables /submains shall be terminated with suitable size copper/aluminium lugs (for copper cables coppler lugs and for aluminium cables aluminium lugs) and armoured cable shall be provided with suitable size double compression glands Campartment:- (a) copper bus bar with 40mm x 5 mm with fire proof tape, mounted on bus bar insulators. - 4 Nos. (b) 100 A,30KA,4P, MCCB for Incoming - 1 No. (c) 32 A,4P MCB for Outgoing - 4 Nos. (d) Wirng from bus bar to MCB / MCCB with suitable size copper conductor cable. (e) LED Phase indication lamps (RYB) - 3 Nos.
