FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF TWO NOS. OF STEEL STRUCTURAL TROLLEY FOR RECLAMATION PUMPS OF ASH WATER AT ASH POND OF NALCO ALUMINA REFINERY, DAMANJODI.

Amount

Lifting the assembly set of four nos. rail wheels of dia. up to 1000 mm along with two axles and its casnub and all arrangement, weighs up to 15 MT, transporting the same from NALCO's central stores/LOCO shed and placing in position over rails at Ash pond reclaimation pumping station, including all labours, machineries, handling charges, transportation charges, lifting charges ,with all safety requirements, etc. all complete, necessary locking arrangements with rails from preventing the assembly from rolling down ward, including testing/commissioning of the wheel assembly for it's movement, and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( Wheel assembly sets will be issued free of cost by NALCO at it's store point/LOCO shed)

12.01.02)Fixing in position CGI Sheets/translucent fibre reinforced plastic sheet of standard sizes/PPGL sheets/ Aluminium alloy sheets including taking delivery from NALCO's Stores for all works in roofs, walls gables, claddings and louvers etc. including all accessories like self drilling screw, stitch bolts limpet washers, bitumen washers etc. including cutting, mitering, drilling, temporary, scaffolding, staging with safety rules, all labours, tools tackles etc. all complete at all height.(CGI SHEET/TRANSLUCENT REINFORCED FIBRE GLASS SHEET/PPGL sheets/Aluminium alloy sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

12.04.1) Taking delivery from NALCO"s Store, transportation to site and fixing plain GI sheet/ PPGL sheet of 600 mm width for ridge, cornor pieces, flashings, north light curves bargeboards etc, bent to shape fixed with supply and fixing of approved self drilling screw, bolts, nuts. GI limpet and bitumen washers approved make, necessary laps, finishing, providing hooks, nuts, sitch bolts etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge at all heights.(ONLY PLAIN GI SHEETS/ PPGL sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.62.01) Supply and application of two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade on all kinds of structural works including cleaning of old surface etc all complete with all labour tools, tackles, consumables etc all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights.

10.25.2) Structural steel works fabrication/ refabrication/ modification etc including erection of the same true to its level and alignment over the wheel assembly as per drawing including taking delivery of steel section/ plates etc from NALCO's store or other location to their fabrication yard/ erection site as required and application of one coat of red oxide zinc-chromate of approved quality for all types of structural steel works including necessary connections, supervision etc at all heights and locations etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(REQUIRED STRUCTURAL STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

15.18.00) Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats , chequered plates and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. at all hights, including dismembering and stacking within 200 metres lead.

15.28.2) Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheeting work from existing buildings, stacking the same and disposing off the damaged sheets to the dumping area inside plant or shifting of the sheets to scrap yard up to 3 KM inside plant. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights.
