Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor at least One similar work such as Design, Construction and commission of Sewage Treatment Plant(STP), works of value not less than Rs.81.00 Lakhs.

Experience in Key Activities The Tenderer shall have executed following minimum Quantities of Works in one single Financial Year out of the five Financial Years (2021-2022 to 2025-26) Earthwork 1500 Cum RCC 300 Cum Steel Reinforcement 20 MT

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under :Assessed available tender capacity.The tenderer should provide an Affidavit swearing to the effect that the stated works are the only works and it is true to the best of his / her / their knowledge.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate : Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work : (i) availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work and (ii) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) Excavators 1 (0.90 cum to 1.20 cum capacity) De watering/Mud pumps 2 Nos Concrete mixers 2 Nos Water Tanker 1 10 Cum

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 50 Lakhs (Credit lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates) from the Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks for meeting the funds requirements etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated flow for three months in the peak construction period).

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.320.80 Lakhs. Note: Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2026-27.
