M & L in servicing of alternator capacity 250 KVA by disconnecting from engine coupling system, complete dismantling of stator and rotor seperately, excitors and rotating rectifier units, thorough cleaning and decarbonising of stator and rotor coils by CTC liquid, checking and renewing the insualation tapes, heating and improving the insualtion of coils as required per the requirements, varnishing the coils and followed by bectol anti rust coating, replacing both bearings, assembling all removed parts in the alterantor, fixing back into the engine and coupling and carryingout alignment accurately, connecting the power cables and AVR system, excitation connections, starting and testing on load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing and painting /old worn out defective parts of pumping set of cap 10 HP to 20 HP applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint heat resistant of approved quality and colour by spray painting over one coat of primer after preparation of old paint surface cleaning and scrapping etc complete all as specified and directed.
