Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate with 40mm nominal size) Crushed.(including all lead, lifts and carriages)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed. (including all lead, lifts and carriages)

Damping/filling of stone including cost of stones in horizontal on level (including all lead, lifts and carriages).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) & Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means) (including all lead, lifts and carriages)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size Crushed.(including all lead, lifts and carriages)

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) (including all lead, lifts and carriages)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (including all lead, lifts and carriages)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats).
