Taking down chowkat or frame n.exc 1.5 Sqm in each with shutter (Without taking of shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 01 above, but exc 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter exceeding 1.0 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm and refixing the same opening after modification if any complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & ther Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in imension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

M&L 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frame of size 105X 60 mm for door with one ore more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, stainless steel hinges, locks strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding window 60x62mm made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames and sash will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+ 0.2.mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Each member of window to be measured separately with clear length.
