Material & labour for repair to broken brick masonry valve pit of approx size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 mtr to 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 mtr as under completed all as specified and directed : i) Taking down old internal and external plaster and rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished fair and even. ii) Demolition of existing PCC coping and providing 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 copping including necessary formwork. iii) Providing 4 mm thick MS sheet cover with both side openable of suitable size with 45mm x 45mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame embeded in PCC coping with required hold fasts , 2 Nos MS heavy duty hinges on each side and 2 Nos lifting handle including in built locking arrangement including lock and key and and applying two coats of synthetic black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer iv)Excavation in any type of soil, earth work in any type of soil as per site requirement. v) Removing debris and surplus soil outside MD land

Note : Any pipe/ pipe fittings/rubber packing/any type of joint required for stopping the leakage up to 5 mtr length of pipe included in the above quoted rate.

Material & labour for attending complaints of underground pipe line leakage of 40 mm to 80 mm bore pipe embeded upto 2 mtr depth from GL including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ hard standing/ under road including welding work and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : The cost of pipe/ pipe fittings/rubber packing/any type of joint required for stopping the leakage up to 5 mtr length of pipe shall be included in the above quoted rate.

Material & labour for attending complaints in leakage of rising pipe line of 40 mm to 50 mm bore in high rising bldg upto G+15 including stopping leakage ,providing suitable size GI clamp,welding work and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :The cost of fittings such as tee, socket, union , welding work, clamps, reducer and other minor parts shall be included in the quoted rate. Only pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for cleaning of GI pipes by opening of fittings, removing mud, sludge, etc and refixing the fittings as per existing for pipes of following size:- NOTE :For attending compaints contractor has to arrange one qualified Plumber with one Helper daily including Sunday & holiday to report at Complaint Cell for repair/ replacement of pipe line including plumbing works, attending complaints of leakage, air lock in pipe line etc and rates shall be included in Unit Rate quoted.

Manning and Operation of raw water Meena Pump House consisting of electrically operated pump sets of different capcity at Meena Pump House ( for raw water) including Sundays and public holidays by one FGM- Skilled and one Mate FGM- Semi- skilled in each shift including taking care of pumps / valves/ overflow of tanks and other minor repairs and leakages daily in two shifts from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours Each shift- 02 persons (1 FGM + 1 Mate FGM) The quoted rate per shift per month shall be for 1 FGM & 1 Mate FGM Combined Note- Log book shall be maintained by the contarctor duly signed and kept at installation .

Manning and Operation of two R.O Plants in one shift with one FGM - Skilled from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including Sundays and holidays with cleaning and up keep of the installation operating the submersible pump installed in raw water bore well -02 Nos and operation of treated water pump set including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of RO plant etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) RO operator : 01 No (ii) RO Plants- 02 Nos. (iii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for the both RO Plant and shall have out put of water capacity not less than 40,000 liters per day. (iv) The Quality of out put water shall confirm to IS 10500 of 1991 (As amended)

Notes for Item Nos 32.00 and 34.00 : The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the following :- (i) The shift time shall be first shift 0600hrs to 1400hrs, second shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs & third shift 2200hrs to 0600hrs.. (ii) The contractor has to apply for entry pass, for the labours to be employed against the work, from Naval Police with valid documents and shall submit Police verification of labours after receipt of work order through GE (iii) Operator must be skilled & must have knowledge of operation & maintenance of RO plants, Pump Sets, DG Sets, Panel and controlling valves etc. (iv) Valve Man must be semi skilled & must have knowledge of controlling valves etc. (v) Consumable stores such as cotton waste, Grease including tools required shall be provided by the contractor. (vi) Operator must ensure cleanliness of Pump Sets/ DG Sets/ Panels and Pump house bldg. (vii) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of Life insurance of all the tradesmen employed by him in case of untoward incident such as injuries, fracture or casualty while on duty. (viii) Checking of leakage /water level in the radiator,checking of leakage of oil from the engine,compressor etc, shall be carried out by the operator and noted in the register with signature of all concern.

(ix) Inform the JE/AGE E&M in charge of any electric faults, water supply failure, Diesel requirement for Gen Sets and any other mishappenings. (x) Any Major repair of Machineries, replacement of batteries and filing of Diesel for Gen Set will be carried out by the MES. (xi) Any other work not specifically mentioned above but ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge for the smooth functioning of Pump House for supply of water will have to be carried out without any extra cost. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included accordingly (xii) Rate quoted shall be inclusive for Relief Staff to the persons employed in shifts. (xiii) After issue of work order, contractor has to submit the list of employees including reliver alongwith relevant documents as mentioned is PS to the Engineer-in-Charge. (xiv) Payment to employees shall be done by Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof of payment slip to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (xv) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF/ESI subscription made by him alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xvi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xvii) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that shift will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 700/- per shift per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account. Reliver will be provided by the contractor in the quoted rate.

(xviii) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost given at SCH A Note at Page No 14 the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xix) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost given at SCH A Note at Page No 14 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will beverified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amont to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xx) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working.

Routine maintenance of RO plants No. 1 & 2 installed at Vandana and Vishakha complex having out put capacity of drinking water not less than 40,000 ltrs / day, maintenance of chlorine dosing system,coagulant dosing system,antiscalant dosing system carrying out the routine maintenance recommended by the manufacturer for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly including repairs/ replacement of parts such as bearings, repairs of pumps, filters, welding of cracked/ broken any mild steel items/ foundation, PVC pipes and their fittings, LT panel boards etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing of treated water in the approved laboratory for bacteriological test and potability test for every month. Notes :- (a) Chemicals required for operation of RO plant will be measured and paid seperately under Schedule 'A' Part - III (b) RO Plant shall be maintained for smooth functioning and for out put capacity of drinking water not less than 40,000 liters / per day.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Supply and demonstration of chlorine residual test kit portable range upto 6 PPM with enclosure & orthodin solution bottle 500 ml capacity complete all as spificied and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of submersible motor of capacity 2 to 3 HP installed at Vandana and Vishakha complex and including replacement of minor spare parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking out submersible motor of capacity 2 to 3 HP from bore well and rewinding the same with existing size using super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temperature to achieve the Ohm resistance as per manufacturers instructions and connected in existing position after reapair and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cartridge filter of RO plant complete to match the existing and connecting up with exisiting system including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for draining out water from Semi under ground RCC sump of cap 01 lakh ltrs, scraping out bottom, top and sides of wall with wire brush to remove scaling, fungus and bleaching powder, flushing thoroughly with clean water and applying two coats of white wash, cleaning external surfaces of RCC sump and applying one coat of cement base paint and writing tank capacity, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in capital letters of 20mm size on external surface of wall with white enamel paint over black paint surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing and removal all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper , sleeves etc. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heaating up at desired temperature for achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connecting/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts.bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs dosing system tank consisting of 40 ltr-100 ltr PE/FRP with PE/FRP Lid & level gauge along with agitator with shaft & blade in plastic tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for taking out existing pump set, dismantling the rusted foundation bed of the motor and pump set, and fabrication of the foundation beds with MS channels, angle as per existing size suitable for pump set of capacity 5 HP to 10 HP and duly applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of bitumen paint of approved quality and errction the pump and motor including providing nut, bolts, washers etc and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for welding work, nuts, bolts, washer and MS fasteners including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 required for foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair bronze impeller suitable for 60/75 HP pump all as per manufacturer's design as per staging and eye of the impeller complete all as per specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric connections form starter and taking out burnt submersible water sensor from the existing position and supply and fixing new water sensor starter 3 phase suitable for 3 HP submersible pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
