Dismantling and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles, glazed tiles and cuddapah slab as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M.SAND in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. .

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Paving the floor with Fine semi polished cuddapah stone slab of 38/ 40mm thick laid over Cement Morter 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S. angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement, five sand) using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4"for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.
