Shifting of 250 KVA DG Set with the help of Hydra machine from ground level to place it on new constructed RCC foundation

Supplying, laying, jointing ,testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade LT XLPE insulated PVC sheathed as per IS-7098 (part 1), 1988 with latest amendments, galvanized steel strips or wire armored ,heavy duty electric cables with multi stranded aluminum conductors laid in trenches /passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing materials such as crimping type lugs made out of mild steel iron including jointing materials such as crimping type lugs brass cable glands heavy duty double compression type etc. for making connection from 1. Electric substation / LT Pole to incomer bus of main power supply of AMF Panel of DG set. From panel to AMF Panel of DG set 2. AMF Panel of DG set to Distribution Control Panel already installed. 3. AMF Panel of DG set to DG set , 3.5 core armound 400 sq.mm.

Providing and laying of 4 core armouned cu cable of 4 sq.mm. from Automatic main failure panel of DG set to 250 KVA DG set

Earthing : The G.I plate earthing (Neutral Grounding )shall be provided with copper strip. the body earthing should be generally be of GI . Gi earth plate of 600 mm x 6mm thick including accessories providing masonry enclose with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with complete as required. Earth pith up to 3m in depth and suitable width. Chemical for using earth electrode. Providing and fixing of 32x6 mm cu strip in .40 mm size medium class GI pipe from earth electrode in ground Four number of earthing are required:- 2 earthing sets for genset /control panel body 2 set earthing sets for neutral .

Cost of running DG set for 8 hour test run @25ltr/hr for testing purpose.
