Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5M depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable, pipes etc and getting out incl making good existing level of the surface all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the surplus excavated materisl/soil to a distance not exc 50Mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 2.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand for sand cushioning of cables in trenches all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I and all as directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trenches, old size burnt sub class 'B' bricks as specified and all as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 50 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable cable of any type of size 16sqmm to 185Sqmm from trench/duct/wall etc including taking down bricks for reuse and broken bricks removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation items shall be measured under relevant items.

Supply and fix or passing through pipe/wall/floor/trenches XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with glanded aluminium conductor of size as follows :-

(a) 185 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 150 Sqmm 3.Core

(c) 120 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

(e) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(f) 35 sqmm 3.5 core

(g) 25 sq mm 4 core

(h) 16 sq mm 4 core

(j) 10 sq mm 2 core

Cutting of road to a width of 30cm and depth not exceeding 90cm for laying of protection pipe / cable including returning and filling, spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for top 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending any breakdown in LT UG cable by excavating, identifying core fault and carry out jointing work including straight through heat shrinkable type joint of cable size 6-16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation,return filling, removal & taking down of the cable shall be measured under relevant items.

All as per item No. 22 above but 3.5 Core 25-50 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 22 above but 3.5Core 70-120 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 22 above but 3.5Core 150-185 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size any core from main DB/feeder pillar / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main DB/Feeder pillar/LT panel/O/H line etc all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling, relaying of sand/bricks required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Taking down unserviceable existing MS box and supply and fixiing MS box enclosure 450 x 400 x 200mm and top cover size 400 x 250 x 150 mm all as directed and specified.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 25 to 100A with breaking capacity 16 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 100A with breaking capacity 16 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 125Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable thermal and magnetic type, 160Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar include taking down box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Switch disconnector 250A 3Pole with HRC fuse complete all all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Switch disconnector 200A 3Pole with HRC fuse complete all all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB SP 6 to 32A 10KA breaking capacity, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB SPN 32A 10KA breaking capacity, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB TPN 63A 10KA breaking capacity, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface, painted with 2coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on surfaces of any LT Panel box /Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old unserviceable PCC pole and S&F new Supply, install and testing of steel tubular swaged pole 4 Mtr with sitable size MS base plate and entry holes at the bottom and foundation bolt as per require size, single arm mounting bracket (single swan neck) with support pipe/ plate with bolts and check nuts for fixing the street light fitting and internal bus bar chamber with 4 way connector, flush type hexagonal screws for connecting the in/out cables and required cable from connector to light fitting, open raft shallow footing of required size to match with the base plate Note: The Rate quoted shall includes for Earth work excavation, Concrete foundation and foundation bolts.

Taking down exisitng unserviceable battery and S&F new 2 volt dry cell battery for DC supply for relay mechanism complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair change over switch manual type with sheet metal enclosure 200A rating TPN 415V complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks laying in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . Note : bricks available above relevant taking down item.

M&L for taking down cable of any type of size of existing cable 16sqmm to 185Sqmm from trench/ duct/ wall etc including old bricks/ PCC cover and re-laying as re routing in trench/Cable Tray/Floor/Wall including termination/ connection complete as specified and directed. Note: Excavation items shall be measured under relevant items.
