Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specificsizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 53 mm to 22.4 mm(Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and aplying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 511 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)
