Design, Supply, install, testing, connecting, charging and commissioning of solar PV modules to meet cumulative rated capacity of 70 KW.+/- 10% as per suitabilty with quantity , Modules will be of mono Crystalline type silicon modules with minimum 72 cells and rating of 335 Wp to 540Wp with positive tolerance, with minimum 1100 mm (+) & (-) cable length including with end MC4 connectors. Module efficiency of not less that 17.0% fill factor >0.7, module will be PID resistant, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and juntion box with minimum, IP 67 rating. Module NOCT (Nominal operating cell temperature) will be 45±3° with temperature coefficient of power ˂0.4%/°C, and will be suitable for operation from - 20° to + 60°C ambient temperature. Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc, Modules will be certified for relevant dust standards (Applicable standard would be IEC 60068-2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF id tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215- Edition -ll, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730-1 & 2 ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 : 2004 :Environmental management system or equivalent and other applicable IEC/IS standards.

NOTES :- (i) Each PV module & solar cells should be manufactured indigenously i.e. Indian made & should be BIS approved & IEC certified. The bidder shall produce all the certificate from manufacturer. The contractor shall procure & install module and cells of the same Indian manufacturer, the department reserve the right to inspect the manufacturing facility of OEM during the process of manufacturing of cells and modules. (ii) Solar Module Glass should have with anti reflective coating, excellent performance in low light, torsion and corrosion resistant with anodized aluminum frame. (iii) Solar PV modules shall have manufacturer’s warranty against all manufacturing defect, raw material, workmanship, inspection and testing etc. for a period of minimum 10 years from the date of commissioning. After successful commissioning of Solar Power plant the guaranteed electrical generation of power should not be less than the 90% after ten years of period and should not be less than 80% after 25 years of period of the output watt capacity of solar plant i.e. 70 KW.

(iv) Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must contain following information : (a) Name of the manufacturer of PV modules & Solar cells. (Indigenously made). (b) Month and year of the manufacture (Separately for solar cell and modules). (c) Country of origin (Separately for solar cell and module). (ALMM). (d) I-V curve for the module. (e) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module, also Unique serial no and Model No of the module. (f) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate. (g) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate. (h) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and modules as per BIS approved specification.

Design, Supply, fixing and fabricate modules mounting structure (for 70 KW Solar power Plant) structure member should be hot dipped galvanized mild steel or Pre GAL with coating not less than 85 microns on galvanised steel and electrolytically compatible channels, bracing, purlins , electromagnetic washers, nuts, bolts including cutting, drilling etc. The design should be as per IS code and suitable for the wind speed as per Wind Zone of plant location. The design life should be more than 25 years and grade of steel should be YST310. Properties of RHS will conform to IS 4923 : 2017. HDG Fasteners of 4.6 grade and 8.8 grade for structure. The module mounting structure should be suitable for easy removing and refixing / replacing of PV modules of the Solar Plant. All MMS, foundation & fixing arrangement shall be according to the design and drawings approved from Accepting Officer. MMS installation work and associated work complete as per the approved design & drawings. complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES:- (i) Structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with the materials used in the module frame, Its fasteners, nuts and bolts. Necessary protection towards rusting needs to be provided either by coating or anodization. (ii) MMS design & foundation design should be as per relevant IS code and shall be supported with design and shall be submitted for the approval of the Accepting Officer. (iii) The MMS structures and steel shall be as per latest IS 2062:2011 and galvanization of the mounting structure shall be in compliance of latest IS 4759. (iv) The fasteners used should be made of stainless steel of grade SS316. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from the SPV panels. (v) The PV array structure design shall be appropriate with a factor of safety of min. 1. (vi) Regarding civil structures the bidder needs to take care of the load bearing capacity of the roof and need to arrange suitable structures based on the quality of roof.

(vii) The structures should be fixed on roof top as per manufacturer's design with use of M-20 concrete mixture, water proofing shall be provided in the area where MMS is fixed on roof slab. (viii) The total load of the structure (when installed with PV modules) on the terrace should be less than 60 kg/m2. The load shall be well distributed so that point loads are well within the limits. (ix) The minimum clearance of the structure from the roof level should be sufficient to allow ventilation for cooling, also ease of cleaning and maintenance of panels as well as cleaning of the terrace. (x) Warranty of MMS shall be of 10 years and Service life 25 Years. Any defect arising with in 24 Months the defective part of the structure shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply and install of 100W LED flood light with 230 V AC outdoor type, IP-66 degree of proction,corrosion resistant, with luminaire efficiecy of greater than 80Lumen/Watt. The luminaire should have 5 KV surg protection, PF ≥ 0.9 ,voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Over voltage proction should be there after 300 V +/- 10%, Luminaire should have top maintanable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance, including suitable clamp with nut & bolts aditional as per directed in fixing of pole/roof top /wall with all connections complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables/GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables/ GI pipe have been laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Phase - II (Item No.35)

Comprehensive maintenance of complete 70 KW solar power plant and its related civil & E/M works by deploying trained personal for carrying out maintenance & task given below :- (a) Weekly Task :- (i) Cleanig of PV modules / tightening of nut / bolt, checking of all electrical connections etc minimum once in a week or as per manufacturers instructions and or as directed by Engr-in-Charge / GE to make a solar plant fully functional. (ii) Daily maintain a log sheet for recording of total generated readings of solar plant, grid shutdown details as directed by Engr-in-Charge / GE and submit once in a week to Engr in Charge. (b) Periodical inspection of plant once in a month by Engineer of the solar firm installing the plant to ensure maximum output of plant. (c) The thermal imaging of PV panel should be taken once in a year for checking its health incluidng hot spots. (d) The shutdown duration of plant should be monitered, recorded and analysised. (e) All fire safety and fire fighting measures shall be ensured by the contractor during the comprehensive maintenance period irrerpective of provisions available. Note :-(i) Repair / replacement of defective parts / civil repair works of any part / work executed in Part I will be carried out by the contractor as per defect liability and guarntee / warranty clause and nothing extra will be paid for the same. (ii) All stationary / registers, T&P, minor items reqd to maintain the installations 100% functionable condition provided by the contractor and cost shall be included in quoted rate of item.
