(f) Over APP membrane laying precast machine pressed factory made PCC tiles, size 300x300mmx20mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, pointed in cement mortar 1:3 and laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with creosote oil @5% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of water proofing chemical and all other material require for roof treatment shall be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling of old/ damaged existing roof treatment along with concrete and cleaning all waste and dirt by wire mesh, picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and removal of all material out side the cant area, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Applying one coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned surfaces of roof, evenly, and screed bed/rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) . (b) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm on the prepared surface. (c) After the primed surface has dried, apply one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm. (d) Provide APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film. APP membrane wil be laid minimum end lap of 150 mm and side lap of 75 mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. (e) Over the APP membrane apply one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane. (f) Finally applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of water proofing chemical and all other material require for roof treatment shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, coping including weathering, benching rounded or chamfered on edges, including use of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity of 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition for brick work as in walls/parapet walls, removing grass fungus weed, roofs of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster of any description thickness including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on any fair faces of bricks or cone surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), in 1:4 Cement mortar using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost WPC shall be included in coated rates.
