MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS IN NON RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AT CHANDIGARH (PROVIDING AMC OF ADDRESSABLE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN THE MAIN DISTRICT COURT COMPLEX BUILDING, SERVICE BLOCK AND ADR CENTRE BUILDING IN DISTRICT COURT COMPLEX, SECTOR-43

Providing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of microprocessor based intellgent addressable fire alarm system of Honeywell (Essar) make. Under the AMC the firm shall provide maintenance service of the system. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. During maintenance period the firm is fully responsible for cleaning of complete system and to keep the system in working condition all the time including cost of replacement of defective equipment/ components. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.1)

Supply and installation of Red/ Green LED Laser etched emergency exit signage‘s double sided pendant type made out of powder coated MS housing and etched acrylic sheet indicator with reflective light source> 2W LED, Emergency Backup of minimum 4 hours, 6V 3.2 AH SMF/ SLA battery, SMPS Power supply suitable for operation on 230 AV 50 Hz AC supply as per the requirement at all prominent locations to guide the way out of the building to the building users in case of fire. The size of the letter should be sufficient for visibility of the people as per NBC-2016. The exit sign board should be of THORN/ PROLITE/ AUTO GLOW/ AUTOLITE/ GLOWLITE/ HONEYWELL make only.

Providing Fire sensing operator (Skilled) for operation of fire sensing system to look after the existing fire alarm system in the building (general shift). In case of fault the same shall be rectified and intimated to the agency carrying out the AMC. The log book and complaint book at site shall be maintained and daily record of the alarms, faults etc. shall be recorded. Round the clock operation has to be carried out and the report/ log book shall be maintained at site. The operator shall have sufficient experience to operate the Fire sensing system. The rate includes cost of EPF, EDLI, ESI, Admin. Charges and GST charges.
