M&L for Supply,test,erection & commissioning of Steel tubular swaged poles staying in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help of crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for running of earth wire/Strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-55,11 mtrs HT poles including painting one coat of 1st grade of aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i)Crane charges for erection shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Earth work,PCC,coping shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The rates include staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (iv)The rates include cast iron base plate,nuts,bolts,screws,painting of steel tubular poles,drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing of clamps,hooks for continuous earth wire/strip.

Supply, Laying, connecting, Testing and Commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC beaded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV(E) grade suitable for earthed system cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core H.T.U.G cable laid in trenches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of Switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on 9 Nos 10 KN insulators insulator and steel frame out door type suitable for Horizontal / vertical installation single / double brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel ,HT post type insulator ,copper alloy high pressure assembly ,operating rod of 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade confirming to IS-1818 of 1972 ,suitable for 11000 volt ,200 Amps, complete all as specified.

ditto- all as per item no.3 but suitable for 11000 Volt, 400 Amps.

Supply & Lay GI tubing LIGHT GRADE grade of following size 80 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/Pole including necessary clamps. 40x4mm. Make : TATA/Jindal/Bansal with ISI marked.

Supply and fixing in replacement of drop out fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch single pole mounted on and including insulators and jumpers for 11 KV working pressure fixing to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line cap suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 amps and all as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of lighting arrester non linear complete with all fittings distribution class discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, suitable for 11000 volt complete with all fittings.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of ms bars(round,square and flat )including nuts,bolts,washers,and welding in two halves made to shape to suit cross section of the pole and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer.

Supply and fixing of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white ,with letters ,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with ms clamps, bolts and nuts of size approved for HT of size 25cmx20cm confirming to IS-2531.

Supply and fix cable end termination suitable for XLPE ,HT 11 kv (E) under ground cable,95 sqmm,3 core,11000 volt ,heat shrink type outdoor end termination INCL ALL JOINTING MATERIAL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cable route indicator for HT round shaped 150mm dia 10mm thick with marking of 11 KV, HT welded bolted on angle iron of 25x25 cm, of 60 cm length grouted in PCC 1:3:6 TYPE C2 block of size 150X150X150mm embedded in ground including necessary excvn and earth work complete all as directed.

M&L cross arm bracing support clamp back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut bolt washer welding, bending, cold or not drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size as directed & incl two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply , Install, Testing and Commissioning of Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvanised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Crystalline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg Backfill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit cover should be factorty built ( size TOP- 10 Inch, Bottom -13 Inch, Height 10.25 Inch ) made of heavy duty Polypropylene and including necessary earth work and masonry work complete all as specified and directed Note :- Earthing test result more than 01 ohms then additional BFC compound bags supplied by the contractor without any extra cost till achieved earth result is below 01 ohms

Supply and fix galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminium conductor steel reinforced with insulated sleeve suiitable 11 KV for over head lines,securing on poles complete including binding wire jointing sleeves ,aluminium taps etc all as specified of sizes squirrel/weasel/ferret/mink.

Supply and fixing of Pin type porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts ,150 mm hight,150 mm dia for 11000 volts 10 KN

supply and fix disc type insulator vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white /brown 70 KN "two in one series" assembly for tension with clamps for conductor suitable for 11000 volt working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing cross arms from pole ,GI Wire and Guard wire

Dismantling and taking down existing UNSV Concrete pole including earth work etc complete.

Taking down HT over head LINE, ACSR conductor from pole / insulator complete with guarding & cradlesall all as specified and directed .

Taking down carefully existing pin /disc HT insulator from pole.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and above 1.5 m depth but not.exc 3.0 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard rock for /laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed including removing of debries from site

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP , Type 1 flat with size 300mm x180 mm x 40mm, Concrete used not lower than grade M-20 all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. The earth removed during excavation to be used as riddled earth after crushing and sieving. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, HDPE Pipe 100 mm dia medium grade in any length including jointing materials to carry HT UG cables of size 95 Sqmm 3 core and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rates inclusive of HDPE Pipes 100 mm dia.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 TYPE D2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles, Stay Assembly, etc., including Formwork AND FOR FOUNDATION OF GI PIPE , BOLLARD LIGHT (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. including Formwork (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shingle filling in substation / around 4 pole structure / transformer yard of Gauge 40 to 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out HARD / DENSE soil

Rough Excavation n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out HARD / DENSE soil
