REPAIR/MAINT INCLUDING CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE SEPTIC TANKS SOAKAGE PITS ETC AT C2A AND C2B AREA UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep for foundations, manholes, sewage line etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No. 1.00 here in befoe but depth exc 1.5 m and n.exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm internal dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and haunching and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No. 5.00 here in befoe but 150mm internal dia drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100 mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No. 7.00 here in befoe but 150mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, 100 mm bore with collar laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No. 9.00 here in befoe but 150mm bore drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of Soakage well of 1.80 mtr dia and 3.0 mtr deep complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No CEJZ/2004/S-35 sheet 1/1 dated 11 May 2004 (Revised 06-08-2005) which includes the following:- (i) Excavation and earth work, including R/F and removal of surplus soil. (ii) Cement concrete in foundation, brick work honey comb brick work. (iii) Reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1½:3 form work, reinforcement (iv) Precast cover slab type A1 1:1½:3, plastering, filling brick agreggate and all Pipes and fitting complete all as shown in drawing as specified and as directed.

Construction of septic tank for 25 users which includes, excavation in ordinary soil, PCC in foundation, brick work, RCC slab work in type A1 1:1½:3, reinforcement, Manhole covers, CI vent shaft and sludge chamber etc complete all as shown in drawing No CEJZ/2004/TD/S-17, Sheet No- 1/1 dated 11 May 2004 (Revised 06 Aug 2005) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage lines 200mm bore and above/man holes upto 6m depth which are blocked/filled with sludge, semi solid/materials etc through chassis Mounted Deep suction and high pressurejetting high flow machine which consist of one No chasisis mounted machine having suction/blower capacity of 6400 Cum/Hrs and 80% vacum by reputed international standared blower and jetting capacity of Min 390 LPM with pressure of 2300 PSI by reputed international standard pump including removing the soild waste to a non inhabitant area outside of MoD by using 16 to GVW chassis mounted dumb tank having capacity of 9 cum from site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Quoted rates of contractor shall be inclusive of mobilization charges of equipment from any place to Mathura Cantt. (ii) Quoted rates of contractor shall be inclusive of all the taxes. (iii) A log book of Machine for running shall be maintained and signed by Engineer-in-Charge, JE(Civ) and contractor. (iv) Payment shall be made for per working Hrs of machine on the basis of Log book of machine.

Cleaning of sewage lines which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/material etc by roding manholes to manholes manuually or by mechanically by machine without causing any damage to sewage line, manholes and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area out side of MoD land all as specififed for the following size of pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Note For serial item No 14.01 and 14.02 (i) Sewage line cleaned should function smoothly during entire contract period and measurement shall be made only once. (ii) Contractor shall be responsible to clear any further blocagkage without any extra payment till completion of work.

Cleaning of blockage any type of WC (Indian/pedestal) from WC pan to Ist manhole in single/double storied bldg including resetting/ refitting of access door in soil waste pipe where open without causing any damage to the WC pan 'P' or 'S' trap and pipes including fitting complete all as speciffied and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of any type in Nahani trap provided in bath room, kitchen and indoor water pipe of kitchen sinks and WHB and removing all the sludge and foreign material from the trap and waste pipe from blocked trap/ surface drain wherever opened and from gully trap to 1st manhole without causing any damage to the trap and pipe including fitting complete all as speciffied and as directed.

Cleaning and de-sludging by excavating in water liquid sludge in foul position from septic tanks and soak wells of any size depth or width using mechanically operated pump and filling in the covered tank mounted on truck and disposing of the same out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Liquid portion of sludge will be drainage out by the contractor out side of MOD land. (ii) Only solid/semi solid sludge will be measured and paid under this item.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork using old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement motor, using extra cement including form, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface drain, benchings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs/roof slabs of any description not otherwise specially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24.00 here-in-before but MS round bar 10 mm dia and over as in handles of manhole covers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type A-1, 1:1½:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floor, roof, beams and shelves etc for soak well/septic tank etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separtely under relevent item of this BOQ.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, landing and similar work n exc 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (for manholes etc) chajja, shelves and similar articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies 40mm thick including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall or concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid coloured cermic ENDURA tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc. 0.11 Sqm 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with white cement and pigment 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick rubber moulded glossey finish, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with gray cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40grade of concrete as in floors/pavements complete all as specified and as directed.
