Demolition of Lime concrete / Mud phuska / PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for renewal including removal of demolished material beyond the Md land to a distance exceeding 500mtr not exceeding 1.5KM completed all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof padding with integral water profing compound @3% by weight of cement content (water proofing compound to be paid separately) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thick and weighing not lessthan 3.9kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm) over combatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/Sqm and torch applications of membrane with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end laps nad applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm including taking down of existing damaged membranne, plastering in cm(1:3) before priming and refixing of all roof fitting and fixtures including watertanks/solar panels and lightening conductors complete all as specifies and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for expansion joints must be opended and cleaned by water and air blow or iron brush and fixing with bracker road as per gap in joints and making joints for filling with poly urithin water proof sealant up to 10 to 25 mm to be filled with Fosroc sealant water proof chemicals and mesh fixing and toher masonry work complete all as specified. S&F in repair 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors including taking down .complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair 20mm tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed including taking down complete to walls or laid in floors bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in concrete surfaces of walls set in CM 1:6 finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newely plastered surfaces of walls complete all as directed

Dismantling of steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

S&F Rolled mild steel in joist ,channel angle or tee section, flat iron fixed independently quality conforming to Fe 410W(Gde-250)all as specified

M & L Preparation of steel surfaces or iron based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, AC Sheets any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.((Note : height of the bldg truss is upto 6 mtr)

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength 0f 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed. Note : ht of the bldg is upto 7 mtrs

S & F 0.80mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting ,in ridges,hips,valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating by manufactureres instruction or directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 , 1:2:4 (12.5 graded stone agg) as in fixing of groove cutting/hold fast/coping .

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity of rotational moulded PVC water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top white colour) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500 ltr capacity of rotational moulded PVC water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top white colour) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 20mm dia ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic hall screw for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and all as directed,

Taking down eaves, gutters and rain water pipes including all fittings any size and pattern.

S&F PVC (SWR) 100/110mm bore single socketed pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with pvc clamps complete.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets, grid and frame works etc.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid of 605x605mm frame work of aluminium section 25x25x 1.6 mm thick section no17216 of jindal for ceiling including Hangers 6mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M&L for 6 to 7 mm thick Gypsum board panels 600x600mm with PVC laminated on one side and aluminium foil on another side suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium GI/MS all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium grid will be measured and paid separately

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) bend/shoe for 100/110 mm dia complete.

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) bend/shoe for 150/160 mm dia complete.
